Yeah I'd agree with it being very rare. Do you remember the color and smell of the exudate. That's a hallmark of that type of infection, it's green and usually smells kind of sweet. Mostly we see it as a form pneumonia.

Honestly even after all this time, the surgery's i do remember green coming out of the drains then they cleared up. First surgery didn’t work. Second surgery they had to open shit up on the side of my foot and on top the toe next to the big one

Yes ma'am. I actually held off on her yesterday morning though because she was 100% saturated like I had just fed her. I wanted to see if it stayed that way all day. Apparently, it didn't. Haha. Regardless of what she does overnight, I won't skip her breakfast anymore. Lol
