I start every day with coffee and Green Dragon tincture. Then more coffee and tincture about every 4-6 hours depending on pain level and tincture strength. I have a harder time dosing edibles as they vary so much. The tincture is easy because I just have to count out 20 drops and it's a consistent dose as long as it's the same batch.

I get similar effects if I measure out the oil, and make sure there are no little bits of material in it.

I usually make capsules. But I figured I could just weigh out the amount and put it in coffee more easily. I still take capsules on the go, and will probably use them more in the summer again when hot beverages are less the thing.
Tincture is good too, but the alcohol is a little more expensive than the coconut oil, least round here.

I saw a woman filling capsules with pulverized decarbed weed. Starting to wonder why bother with further steps if capsules do the job.
