I think I like most vegetables. Brussel sprouts and cabbage are a hard no.

Pull the leaves off and roast like kale chips. I've always loved brussel sprouts. Should try it.....dip them in honey mustard

I like to put them cut side down in a pan with a splash of water and a knob of butter. Cook gently until tender and browned on the bottoms. Then you may push them to the side of your dish or feed them to a convenient dog.
