Bowl trimmer question. I always look it over before using it and make sure everything looks alright. Today, I grabbed it and realized I left the trim in it from the blueberry cupcake I trimmed last weekend. I feel the blade looks a little weird. Is it possible it is growing some fuzz on it due to the leaf matter I left in it for a week? It's minimal and I really can't tell if it is moldy fuzz or just frosty ish from the bbcc. Either way, I think I'm gonna give er a good cleaning.
Question #2. How the hell do y'all recommend tackling this thing and washing it. I don't have a dishwasher so this will all be done by hand. Soak pieces in IPA?

It's hard to get good pics with detail with my phone, but I tried.

Sure looks like it... mine doesn't ever look fuzzy. I don't clean it every use, but I store it in a really dry room. Is it kind of humid where you keep it?

Yea I see what you mean I would take pieces and soak for 20 min if that with iso and should clean right off with a brush then some paper towels. I know it's a pain but I would clean once a month so doesn't grow mold and such. What I do with my grinder.

One thing is a constant with death/grief. If your relationships are strained before the event...chances are they may not survive the event.

Get right with people now, folks. Swallow your pride. Smoothe the path. It's a hard enough walk without the added BS....and by doing so..you will know who will walk with you...not ahead of you wondering why you can't get your fuckin shit together.

I'm sure IPA isn't the solvent needed here! I'm going to inspect mine tomorrow. That's a little groady.

I did notice using it a couple days ago the entire unit is sticky inside and out. It's been in steady use since last June.
Yeah, mine was getting to that point as well, so I'm not upset that I need to clean it. The bummer is that I had just dumped the trim into my bag in the freezer. Sooo, I just took that out with the trash, because I'm not willing to gamble on having any fuzzy stuff in it.

Yeah, I can see that. Mine is open on the bottom so the trim falls away. No lid either. But I did notice the blades are really gummed up.

On the brighter side of things, I got a few roots today on my Cinderella Purple and Blueberry Cupcake clones. 1 plant of each strain. I'm guessing I will see several more with roots tomorrow or Tuesday. Sadly, the chernobyl cuttings didn't make it. That's on me. I have been monkeying with the environment and they have been struggling the whole time. No worries though, I will get more cuttings.

The Cinderella Purple does not mess around when it comes time to send out roots.

Blueberry Cupcake sent out a couple solid ones.

Isopropyl Alcohol 91% wash then evaporate the alcohol and recover your trichomes next time you trim then clean the trim and recover. This time I'd just toss the alcohol.

Chernobyl gave me a hard time too. Out of 8, only 1 clones easy. The rest need a magical whisper through the dome vents
