And in case you were wondering, that’s a carrougette on the left, a carrot-courgette (zucchini) hybrid. Sliced, covered in olive oil and bread-crumbs, satueéd in butter, they make a meaty meat alternative. I’m totally making this up but if we’re in a multiverse it’s true somewhere.

I had a handful of glizzys myself. No chili and cheese though. Mustard, relish, and celery salt for me tonight.

Saw a vid on Facebook where they used the ring from a quart mason jar to make a round fried egg for an egga muffin. Never thought of that. Just use pan spray on it first and it pops right out.
