Hey basicly i wanna put my plant on 12/12 for a while and then put it back in veg. the question i have is shall i use the bloom and topmax nutrients to stimulate flowewring and then stop using it when i put it back in veg (meanwhile using the grow nuit throughout) only intend to flower untill i see pistals then maybe take some clones etc etc....

Cheers.

i wouldnt bother with using bloom nutes. its good to use grow nutes for the first few weeks of flowering anyways...

Why do you want to flower it first?

Your only going to stress the plant out.

The better options with less stress are

Keep the mum until she reaches sexual maturity and will show sex during veg, then take as many clones as you can. The bigger the plant is the more clones you will get.

Take clones now and leave the plants in veg, number the clones to the relevant plants and when the parents show sex kill the male plants and clones.

It would be better to lose a few rockwool starter cubes or whatever your gonna use by killing whichever ones are male than to stress out your plant by changing cycles back and forth. Just remember to mark which ones are which

dont know weathere its male or female yet tho?
what NGT is saying is:

1. snip a clone off the plant you think will be your mother

2. let it root & force it to sex using a 12/12 light cycle.

3. if it is flowers, you have found your new mother (WITHOUT stress sexing the entire plant)

4. if it's a male, sorry. back to the drawing table.
