Carcass' 1st CFL Stealth Grow

Finally, I have my own grow journal

Ok, basically, Im growing in a stealth cabinet with 9 23 Watt CFLs and two exhaust fans that act as cooling fans as well.

Noise: Very Silent, almost negligible.

Exhaust fan on top to get the hot air out )...

Exhaust fan on the bottom that brings cool air in, and acts as a cooling fan and even helps circulate the air... the best part is, they're cheap

So, What I did was, I had put 9 seeds in the pots on my 1st attempt out of which only one could make it.. it was my fault coz i had planted the seeds too deep inside the pots

So, now the plant is on day 21 from seed and looks like this..

Okay, after one week of planting, i planted 8 more seeds in pots and this time, i did it right cos 7 out of 8 made it as seedlings

Out of the 7 plant, this one is my favorite..

Other plants look like this..

So, what do u think??...

Hey man I remember you, we both had problems germinating looks like your grow is going really well. I had to order new ones and they germinated 3 days ago just wanted to stop by to watch how your grow unfolds hopefully i'll learn something from it. Good Luck

looks like a good veg chamber... how much height do you have for flowering????????

I have 4 feet height.... I can use almost 3.8 feets
So, when do u think i should start with 12/12?

Okay, I think My plant has Nitrogen Deficiency... what do u think?.. I havnt started giving nutes to the plants but my soil had a lil bit of animal manure...

Bottom leaves are completely yellow..

So, the first thing i did today was get a fertilizer...
i couldnt get a 20-5-5 N-p-k.. all i got was a 19-19-19 N-P-K that looks like this..

So, should i start giving this fertilizer?.. or should i go for something else??.. ..

Okay, i just read somewhere that 19-19-19 is good for 24 hour light period...

So, i gave it a dosage of nutes....
I just hope i dont over nute it...
will update again..

What are you using for soil? You need some perlite in there. That looks like magnesium deficiency to me, not a N deficiency. Did you use any dolomite lime? It will ad Cal and Mag and keep your PH straight.

Im using some local soil mixed with animal manure...
I'll get perlite when i transplant...

Have any idea where i might get dolomite lime?... and how do i add it to the soil?

And, i have the plants a small dosage of N-P-K 19-19-19...

I dunno, i may have to just wait and watch..

howzit carcass, this is going to be fun to watch.
Looks like you have been working hard on this one.Doing greatfrom what I have read about and experienced is top after as early as the 4th level of fan leaves. I top all mine the and the lower branches really start to grow out and up, top those also after the 3rd level. This will keep a sativa down to 5-6' but you have to really spread and tie down,SHort, Thick bushes. Better hope those are not 100% sativa............1 will fit in your closet There is a good thread on topping right now in Outdoor Growing, today.

They say to start 12/12 when the plant is 12'-16" tall , pot size 1 gal per ft. ( 3gallon) max if you can keep the growth to 3+ ft. The plant increases 3 times its size when flowering........something to consider??? I do 23/1 for vegging here in Hawaii, they usually get to be about 16" tall after vegging for 30+ days............then outside they go for 12/12.

carcass...They have that fat and lettucy kine leafs, this is how all the Indica look that I have growing now......just a few weeks ahead of you. I'll bet some Indica for sure, should be good.

Perlite sure helps my plants!!!! Might consider investing in a bag of good potting soil a bag of compost and a small bag of perlite mix around 1/3 batch before you trans plant, if you size up to 1 or 2 or 3 gal.....thats when Iwould get them in good soil Bra!!!
Read FDD " Its Bulshit" thread on watering tips if you do have to put some out in the sun...Best of luck.
