If your just a smoker u got nothin to worry about period. But if your a GROWER the first thing you should do is accept the fact that sooner or lAter in all probability your gonna do a little time. Any grower that's been around for long enough will tell you the same thing, followed by a story about when they went to jail, lol. It just comes with the territory, n if your scared to get locked up, you shouldn't be growing in the first place, no matter how positive you are.

That Chicago deal is an isolated incident. They got arrested because they consented to a search when the cop didn't even have a warrant. That was there own dumb fault, it had nothing to do with the seeds themselves-- the cop was just coming to question them about them, and he talked his way into the growing couples house. They admitted to growing and that's totally on them.

SeedS being confiscated results usually in getting a letter in the mail. It wi never result in a warrant, and if it does you deserve to go to jail cuz you had the seeds shipped in your name. You can always claim ignorance if a cop shows up to your house askin about a pack of seeds shipped to a john doe at your address...

nonsense?? sorry that doesnt apply to people that grow legally, that goes without saying. But its true man. And obviously it doesnt or wont happen to every single grower out there, but if your growing and you intend to do so for the rest of your life, then you should be prepared for the worst, because chances are the worst just might happen. Other than yourself, for obvious reasons, and excluding medicinal growers, -- anybody doing this ILLEGALLY and that are growing as either a carreer or a lifelong hobby, your saying that its bullshit that the majority of them wont do time? thats nonsense? Not growing, but smoking etc. I feel like every time I chime in on a thread I get hammered because I dont grow so I dont know what im talking about or w/e... Just because I dont grow it dont mean I dont like to/have to smoke it every damn day. Its the only thing that helps ease my anxiety attacks and manic depression.

rollitup is great for stoners n potheads, check out the toke n talk section of the forums. Also you might wanna check out bluelight.somethin or other, lol i cant remember the domain its in, but its a good forum (although theres a whole SHITLOAD of opiate dependant people on there, maybe even moreso than pot, lol). Alot of good people both here and over there, but it really depends on the typa person you are really. If your just a straightup pothead, probably stick to riu, grasscity, ect. Theres a shitload of narcotically diverse people on bluelight, n that might send some people into shock, hehe.

Thats really weird cause I know alot of older growers who were smart about it and have never got messed with. And to be honest that it an ignorant statement. Maybe u met some dummies who couldnt keep their mouths shut or didnt pick the right spot but either way that way of thinking will get u in trouble. lol whatever you say man. I wrote some long dragged on response, but im not into debating something like this. I know OLD growers. I know people who have went to jail, wether it be for selling or growing pot. Ive read VOLUMES of books about pot law. Ive read books thatve been published by some of the worlds most famous growers, and the consencus is the same thing : More often than not (and let me re-iterate, im not saying ALL growers get caught. Im saying MORE OFTEN THAN NOT), growers that are growing for life, get caught and may do a little time at least once in their lives. wether it be 6 months or a number of years depends on the grower. Argue it all you want man, but id rather be prepared for the worst and have money put away to support the family, and to start growing again when i get out, than be the dude caught with his pants down cuz he thinks hes invincible, and getting caught only happens to people you read about, or in the movies.

your a funny dude. First of all, i didnt say ALL growers go to jail, i said that the majority of all lifetime growers who are growing illegally will do a little time at least once in their lives. Wether it be 6 months or a couple years depends on you. I know plenty of people who went to jail (myself included on multiple occasions, but not for growing), and none of them are dummies, as you so eloquently put it. Most of the most famous growers in the world have done time, if youll read up on it, youll find that out for yourself. If your growing illegally and you think your invinsible, then you have no business growing. simple as that. People growing legally is a completely different matter altogether. Thanks for blurting out the first thing that came to your mind though.

The main reason im saying this, is because its a very real, very possible outcome if your attempting to pull off a carreer growing pot. You should always prepare for the worst (stash away "just in case" money, so you can start growing again when you get out, so you can support your family while your away, ect..), and if you dont, then its your own personal loss. Its most definitely true that the smarter you are, and the more careful you are going about the business of growing pot, the better your chances are of not getting caught, but its an undenyable fact. Why take the chance in the 1st place to be left high and dry if soemthing bad happens to you? should always be prepared to go away for a little while, rather than be caught with your pants down because you think that shit like getting busted only happens to people that you read about, and itll never happen to you. The fact that your disagreeing with me, saying that growers dont go to jail, is reason alone for you to tear down your setup if its not legal.

But alas, i am NOT the leading authority on marijuana law and incarceration statistics. I only know about what i read. And even though i read alot, that doesnt make me a god damn thing. So believe what you want bro, no beef here. Trust me, Im not knocking planning ahead.(preventative measures!) But planning to go to jail is not an optoin for me. That just seems crazy to me. anyway he refused the search and they said they were getting a warrent so dumbass dressed in all black awa8ited night fall, bagged and trashed his whole grow, ran out back into a corn field and got rid of everything spread out everywhere, on his way back from cornfield he was arrested at gun point

I found I can't get White Widow seeds from a bag of shwag. I like to know what I'm growing and what I'm smoking... I just started breeding. It is crazy the strains I've been crossing. And I bought 10 seeds online, "Crystal"(WW/NL).PICKbest female and the best male. I made the girl a mother, pulled some clones. Bred half of the clones with the male and now I have about 400 seeds of a bad ass strain. And now I can try to perfect growing that strain.
