hey man, in your pics it looks like your vent it mounted to the ceiling...this could be causing vibrations - use a rubber or something in between your vent and the mounts.... also you want to keep your ducts as short and straight as possible - you may want to try the cheaper (non rigid) duct worked. Get the INSULATED stuff - its more sound proof and keeps the hot air in! chhers.

How may i master my venillation? I want anything added to existing to be as cheap as possible . Heres some pics of what im working with. THe exhaust fan is 180 cfm pulling into attic. Only problem with it is, its LOUD. so I have it currently plugged into a thermostat that only kicks it on if its over 85. Otherwise the only door is a hatch built in you crawl through. If I leave it open, the cold garage air drifts into it quickly lowering temps at least 10 degrees. Pics where yesterday, and since Ive added a cheap humidifier from walmart, and I cut into the bottom of wall by hatch and added some 4 inch dryer vent , as a intake. Any more Ideas on improving ventalation as cheap as posssible. thanks for nE feedback

well thanks for all your help mate and i'll let you know if it does change and how it is when i harvest,i heard putting sugar in the water when you flush out makes them sweeter have you heard this? and 1 more thing,everyone tells me when they bud like they are to take off most of the leaf,thats why the on the right looks a little spinly should i be doing this? andthanks heaps

1 outdoor girl got pollinated..... got 5-10 seed podds.... i found a seed yesterday that cracked overnight

70% of the hairs have turned red/amber an she's only 45 days into flowering.....

i dont have a microscope... should i harvest her now???

do you have any idea why my buds don't smell at all and their not sticky,don't what strain they are but its 2 completly different strains.Ineed to know if its something i'm doing wrong,cause i got bluberries to put in next and i want them stinky and sticky please help thx.

Hey this is my first grow and i guess i'm doing pretty well so the guys on my thread are telling me. Anyways i'm really wondering how much bud i could pull from these girls? wich i know is impossible to say but an 8th will last me a week so i should be able to sit on this for 3 months at least i hope. Wanted to post the pic here and see what people think. Thanks for checking them out. The strains are SS haze, White widow, and Opium. Also thats 1 week into flowering should have about 4 or so left i imagine.

some just dont smell thats not a bad thing..key thing is will you get high.not will you smell it

when buds are pollinated the hairs turn amber real quick..I guess this signifies they are putting all their energy into seed production. What I would do is wait another 10 days to see where the seeds are forming an cut those buds so your plant would resume to fating up buds to catch more pollen. More importanly you need to fine the male or hermie that fucced your crop up so it dones rin the others.

its hard to tell what u are gonna get...just do the plants right and you can see an ounce or so per plant.You have waaaaaayyyy more then 4 weeks left especially on the haze and sativa dominats.

i have a water tank that gravity feeds through tubing then into the base of my pots for the plants to take up,should i have an airstone or water pump in the resevoir to keep the water moving?

So I heard that if you pinch the top of the plant it will let it split and expand the plant in two different directions. Ive never tried this. I usuall just let grow on its own but I want bigger plants this year. what do I do?

First time grower. Need help grr white widow. I have pics.. fatman43. I started grrowing with halogen lights for two ks. then 400 wats lightss for two weeks. I ferterlized them three days ago. how long can i continue to grow them under contiuos light before I start to flower?

fat man however long u feel comfortable vegging them, it all depends on how big ur space is or how big u want them. Just make sure to wait to switch 2 12/12 until u see little pistals , the pre flowers, or youll stress them flowerin them to early . Id say 5-8 weeks in2 veg is great

hey mate im growing out doors in pots but am in a comp with a few mates to grow the best plants. i have posted for help in newbies but no reply also i was hoping someone could identify my strains. i have one that looks mutant to the rest that grew from same seed. any tips to grow sweet outdoor plants in pots. mine are about 4 weeks old and its my first grow my topic "is help i have no idea."

Oh wow your right i did just go back and check the flowering period on them. Damn, what can i do if there growing up into the light? they got about 2- 2 1/2 feet left before they are getting burned by the lights.

hey man i need some help im a new grower and a few of my plants are showing yellow burn marks around the edges and there looking a lil light greenish i have a 6x4 room 1000 watt light vortex system hum is between 29-40 temp 75-85 im growing in soil all fox farm products about 3 weeks in to nutrients

hi thanks 4 the offer of help! basicallp i've got a grow tent at 75,75,160, i have an s&p 100/160 extraction fan on a rhino filter ,i also have a 6inch clip on fan blowing over the light. i'm using a 600 hps i've vented wit 102mm venting at bottom which is the same ducting on the fan and filter. i left the side vents closed and im having severe problems wit temp its rising to 38c. what can i do to get the temp down. my extraction exits at 160m3h is this to little? also as my ducting is the same as atached to my fan and filter should i use bigger?

I was wondering if you had any tips, experience, or kmowledge on these strains. Burmese kush from TH seeds, nl and black domina from sensi seeds. Also i germed them from seed in cups for two weeks than put them in 5 gallon pots witk my soil/perlite mix. Been veggin in pots now for 5 weeks still havent shown sex. I would think they should show soon? after they shoe how long should mothers from seed grow before i can safely clone?
