Why wouldnt you buy critical mass ?

I was looking at critical mass

everyone seems to like Mr Nice, Howard Marks and Neville S seem like big people, and half this board hangs off Shantibabas nuts, so that seems like a good choice.

I know some seed banks really talk bullshit when rating thier seeds % strength and harvest weight, but these guys say that :
- white widow : 350-450 g/sqm
- super silver haze : 450-550 g/sqm

so they dont make up completely stupid numbers to try and sell shit

critical mass comes in at 650-750 g/sqm, more for experienced growers

thats just insane. so what are the cons of growing it, it seems to have the usual stack of awards etc. Easy to clone, good for beginners as well as advanced. Seems too good.

I saw the Heath Robinson grow of critical mass and it blew me away, the stuff really does yield.

any experience ?

I don't have a lot of experience with multiple strains, but another high yielder and hard hitter is Barney Farm's LSD. I wouldn't get critical mass because it doesn't have an exotic name. Some people will base their opinion of a particular strain solely on how "cool" the name sounds.

I've been wanting to purchase some for awhile but the site i usually get my seeds from has been out for quite awhile. Doesnt look to bad to me

i've read that its not top notch on smell or taste but that is the only reason i can think of, i wana try nr. nices spice that looks really good, but if u do get it tell us how it is

let me tell you all this. shanti, the man is straight up one of the most honest people...all his products have been excellent..her fav is SSH and mine is SPICE because of the taste..try one his strains you won't regret it..if your looking for a very strong high with excellent tatse try MNS mango haze, top notch stuff, very potent..peace

I've been wanting to snag up a couple spice seeds off wwms. Just havent yet. I currently have more strains in my vault than I can grow in a year...lol...I cant quit buying seeds. I keep finding something new i want to grow...

I really want to get some medicine man but the site has been out of that as well.

black widow and shit looks awesome too...

i am there too, addicted to buying seeds..i also have more thani can grow..i do think you will be happy with anything from MNS.I am doing some early queen and as x ah outside this year again..too bad we could'nt trade or something i have some bw and spice f2's from last year..peace all HAPPY EASTER!!!

that is what i was after, a con to this particular strain.
telling me shanti has a big dick, or not everyone wants just weight isnt really helping me much.
all other things equal, more is better, everyone knows this, so im trying to find out whats not equal.

im a big fan of strong sativa styles, i cant really find out how much indica/sativa this has, how much % THC it has, or what it tastes/smells like.
these are the things im looking for.

because it lacks potency on most test runs,it is like a huge ubc chemo i had big as hell but smoke was weak.

i wouldnt say its shit but their are a lot more potent strains out their.critical mass is a cash croppers dream,but it is by no means exotic in its high.it is hard to find a kick ass potent strain that yields heavy.their out their just hard to find,plant enough seeds you will find one.But critical mass will give you big buds but not the best smoke.i have a ubc chemo that is huge,but not potent,if your into money then you would love this plant,i dont.but i never grew critical mas,just heard it is more for yield then potency.but that doesnt mean you cant find a phenoe that has it all.

i think im sold on MNS mango, i was just covering my bases and wanted to find out the goss on this one.
now i just have to work out how to get the giant mango fitting in my smallish cab

Critical Mass is by know means a weak strain. I've smoked a lot of it and its a tasty and powerfull and everyone that I know loved the strain. To me it had a taste similar to northern lights like a fruit cocktail. It always delivered a powerfull hitting high I'm growing some now if u look on the attitude seed bank the strain is out of stock. It;s out of stock coz its very popular just coz its a big yielder doesnt mean its gonna be shit smoke. Do some research on what others have to say about the strain than just rely on one persons experience of it.
