Big Game Hunters, Show Your Stuff

He's a dandy TM! Wish i could hunt the rut, especially with a rifle! Around here, the rut falls right AFTER the hunt, and most times all u see is does, does, maybe a lil spike, and MORE DOES!
 
I must be missin somethin in the pics, I'm countin 5x5... but either way, careful with that foot-long, u could put an eye out!
 
Great trophys guys, I currently dont hunt although I have been on a few of them before. Just need to get my gun license. Im hoping that by next year ill be able to be fully registered and have a rifle.

Well, I think you're right, that is the biggest buck posted here - and a beauty too. Damn, wish we had some Mulie blood to mix with the Blacktails. Congrats and again a superb animal.

BTW, you don't need the rifle if you have a 12" knob. Hunt with that !

Haha good shit greatwhitenorth...id love to blacktail hunt...ill be hittn my boy in oregon up for that soon...my wang wuz feelin large cause i prused ur thread and didnt c any large bucks so i was like dang man u that man tileman, u gots the largest buck on rui last year, in public..which is a task gettn big animals out of national forest or BLM. but i cant pat myself to hard, since i was hunting in the rut with a rifle....and he's not too big for up here...like a 120 boone a c. think hes 28 wide.. ive never shot any deer with a 30'' or bigger spread. i will 1 day, as im dangerous like the talaban to wildlife. Oh ya and i scoped myself while drolling over that bastard when i took the shot. so we both bled .

I've yet to get a Mulie & I'd be tickled to bring one home like that.
You must be going after the Columbia's - I've seen pics of them & they are down right pretty.

I'm sorry but Big game hunters are the biggest douchebags of them all. You go and destroy the APEX members of an ecosystem for shit's and giggles. Only time I condone hunting is when you use every single part of the animal to aide your survival. Which for 95% of hunters is not the case. They just want a fucking trophy. Fucking humans.

No thats a terrible misconception backed up with no research. EVERY hunter I know eats all of the meat that is useable off their kill. They are not in it for a rack or something they are in it for food. And hunting helps the ecosystem out alot. Go research into the black bear problem in ontario, and see why it started. because they cancelled the damn hunt. Now theres way toomany bears, why? Because weve made an ecosystem that they can grow bigger and have more cubs. And then cancel a hunt.

You ever see how fast a deer population spreads in southern ontario? We've taken over their land and pushed off their predators, now its our job to make sure they stay at a reasonable level.

I'm sorry but deers are not APEX members of there ecosystem. I know people who hunt deer, and they use every available item on the deer. I'm talking about guys who shoot lions, 2000 pound moose, and other Vital members of an ecosystem. Overpopulation is one thing. Aiming for the biggest baddest animal to shoot is nothing more than Bullying on behalf of humans. There is no reason to shoot a 2000 pound big horn ram. No justification whatsoever.

Oh...I had chicken Parmesan. Was damn good too. Oh and I took responsibility for what I consumed when I purchased it. You see...I don't have to steal a life to find gratification in consuming it. Silly me for not seeing the pleasure or necessity of shooting something with a gun. You want to impress me take that moose down with your bare hands. But hey...that's not the issue. I find hunting wrong. At the end of the day...do what you do.

Fucking vegan douche bags...actually hunting is on the decline anyways, since the invention of tv and media, and other ways to lay on ur phat ass and consume food on ur couch, new generations have slacked in participating in the great outdoors..fish and game tag numbers are down by huge percentages, and regardless of the title of this thread 'big game hunting', its for those of us stoners that enjoy getting out in the wild, hiking , and yes hunting , skinning and gutting animals...packaging them for our deep freezers, and eating them all winter long, while we stare at our full and european mounts in our houses. Did this thread say African safari elephant hunts...fucking idiot, sit on ur couch stuffing ur face full of proccessed foods from china..
