problem with the miss

so i've been with my wife 10 yrs i meet her when i was 15yrs, now 10 yrs later we don't talk much only when she need's some or want to try to put people down. today after helping her mom set-up a tebt she came by and then left and all she told me was that i'am comtroling and yes she hit me with that alot. she tell me that every time i tell her that her mom is piss off the my little get home and she don't get there untill 10pm or if i pick them up . so after she left i wanted to talk and like every weekend she told me to fuck my self and stop trying to control her, i ask her if she was comeing home and she told me to fuck myself.so i called her cus and told her that i was packing my item and moveing out she told to me wait for her call befor i left because she was going to see her at about 3am my wife set the time and it was 12am when i talk to her and her man and he told me to walk. i pack up and i'am ready to walk and not comw back. i have a girl thar 5 and a stepson that 15 with a broken leg don't want to walk for the kids butI am starting to drink and hiting the weed more then i like to and the problem keep come. should i walk and let this lady learn the hard way or try but if i try not a dam thing is going to change for more then a week...

just some good words i'am not feeling good right now and just asking .

That is a good point and the best part is that what i told her today befor I left the house. she was crying about me leaveing but i told her last night you said that i was this and that so now live your life the way you want. she also won't let me take my son.

I had a girlfriend in college who cheated on me and though I was controlling, by me just asking where she was going or was doing? We lived together btw, by ourselves. I couldn't go out or do anything without her permission and I was the controlling one? After we broke up My life picked up one and 1/2 years latter I meet my wife. And while we've had our share of problems, we love each other and our problems bring us closer together when we get through it.

so after talking to everybody that know me and my fam we came to one thing, Go to court and not walk untill they say it's ok. found out some bad news about her but it'll help in court. they say about 30-60 day befor i could move and gert the kid's if she don't try anything in court. holding on for the time and kid's we'll see....yes my last post said step son that because i want people to know what is there.

i'am not going to kick you hard because you got a good idea but this is were more information for you. Like i said in my post i will add more to it when needed. My son and for some he's my stepson by law. He is 15yr old and my little gril is 5yrs so call the cop tryed that and he's at that age that by law it all good.


Now an update.
I went to court and file what i needed to. She sleep in a room that about 50 ft from were my office andthat was old grow room so i add a bed and something for now.the date was set for one week "6-11-09" now i can't move because my lawyer said it will show more for the kids and that all i'am thinking about.
As for her she see me all she say is ba thsi and ba that i'am started to think bicth is her best word.

Also if some of you are thinking that i played her no, worked,came home and work. Some partying but she was there all the time
