Best place to move and breed???

Hello folks..

I've been researching a good place to settle and live out my dream..

Now i'm Canadian.. so the laws aren't too bad but not what I would like them to be..

I've always wanted to live in the Netherlands or the mountains of BC.. But now I here about Spain.. And even Cali is floating around in my head....

I would like to some day sell seeds legally..

What do you guys think??.. I would like to hear from people with experience in these countries..
and even people who have legal seed banks..

i know amsterdam can sell seeds and they wont arrest you in cali you can have a dispensary but the feds might come get you

a small dispensary would be key to not getting raided.. get a few constant clients..
