hey bro, if it makes you feel better, the big plant I have, I wasn't sure on sex too at first. I thought it was a male...good thing I didn't pull it, it ended up being female...and I really was gonna pull it. good thing I didn't ...goodluck bro! don't pull it yet though

Thanks for the advice Greenhorn...I was gonna pull it a while ago when I saw those stems at the nodes...but then the leaves appeared...so I was like woah...I cant pull this up until I know...now its been like 2 weeks since then...and still no sex...I'll shut up about it now and be patient! lol

I just top and fimm my plants early before they get real big...and it seems to work good enough...next year I do wanna experiment with scrog outdoors like fdd does...

yeah i dont think it matters for you because you have your plants inground, I just counted my mek plant tops on my lst and i have 13.

Yeah you started later than me...yours would be just as big...but Ive seen your updates bro, and those 4 in your raised bed are looking sweet Boomer! I think lst has its pros and cons just like fimming...fimming just works real good for me...I fimm them when they are still just a lil tree, not a bush...and then it seems to turn them into bushes...the next couple days a couple tops grow...sometimes w/deformed leaves but that doesnt matter lol

yours were all clones tho right Boomer? Zig's were all seeds so that's why they're bigger. I'm definitely doing more seeds to clones next season tho. learned so much this season already, I can't wait to apply it all to next season

Yeah seeds fuckin rock, I love the idea of growing a massive plant from that one tiny seed, its your creation lol ive learned sooo much too from this years grow...I think next year will be a big improvment, cuz when I think about it, I did a lot of shit wrong...mine wont be so crowded next year, they will all be started the same exact time so they arent all staggered and shit...and i'll make sure to get everything I need before I start...I hate how this whole grow Ive been getting what I need as I go...oh and I might just use all fem seeds next year...when I think about it, I killed A LOT of males
so fem seeds might pay off...Im so stoked on this grow...cant even imagine how good it'll be next year

I dont know what the finished product looks like lol this was truly my first grow that I took serious...for the past couple years I fooled around with growing...and my dad has too...this year I did lots of research and spent money on the grow...now I love growing. Its my passion.
My past grows were shitty lil plants grown in whatever season I put them out...heres a pic of the harvest from my first ever grow(1 plant where I did everything wrong)..it was a lil leafy, but it was way better than schwag.

haha thanks Greenhorn, whats funny though is that my first ever plant that we're talkin about, was sooo fuckin abused and stressed, I constantly was just fuckin with it, pullin all the fan leaves off, topping it wrong, grew it during winter, over watered etc etc...but still I got about 1 oz of "decent" bud lmao the seed came from mexican brick schwag, so I guess it just had super hardy genetics lol

ya i did clones i remeber we were talking about how the seeds growq faster and harder then clones which i didnt know til know but lesson learned. i learned alot this season too and still learning. everyone on here def helps tho. im planning on gettin anew place after harvest here then doin indoor trees so hopefully it works out. but love the outdoors natural and fre for the most part haha

Hey Zig...what's happenin' man. Long time no see. I took a look at your grow in the last pics you posted and they are looking beautiful! Durban show signs yet? When do you figure they'll start flowering? And how many weeks of flowering per strain? Good to see everything's going well for ya! Keep up the hard/good work...remember: a good farmer is always "outstanding" in his field.

...anyways the sativa strains will take longer to flower..I pretty much expect all of them to be done by october...we'll see...anyways jonboy thanks for your kind words
