All must pay, regardless of whether they use the service. There is no socialized health care system out there worth emulating.....now that IS pretty simple to understand as well.......
NHS is broken overseas and the waste is enormous. Our US govt. wastes about 70% of all money it receives..... this is not the way towards health care efficiency. It is a way for more govt. control over your daily life however, and is the true goal of Obama.

I agree with Cracker that government wastes most of the money and is terribly inefficient. Whether Obama's big government is meant to or not, it WILL increase government's control in your life. That was NOT the original intent of this form of government, but it seems that doesn't matter anymore to the Nanny Statists. The smaller the government, the more free the people are. Eventually the United States will implode, Obama is hastening it along.

It's the amount that is being spent....obviously if you could understand what that chart actually means, you wouldn't even argue with me...
I am very correct and that chart says it all. It is unsustainable and leaves us open to complete failure of systems globally. It is exactly the wrong thing to be doing at the present time, given the productivity numbers here and abroad. the countries that ignored Obamas recovery strategy have been the only ones to make any headway in this storm. By the way, we have not. This is a time for the govt, which produces NOTHING (except paperwork and higher costs for the private sector) to cut their payrolls and tax subsidized programs, not expand them. This is a time to lower taxes to maximize tax revenue (works every time), not raise them.
These are SIMPLE concepts and time proven to work....and yet.....it all escapes Obama who is trapped in his own ideology, which WILL fail. What we don't know is just how badly he will fail and how long if ever, it will take to repair the damage.

I have given many charts and articles by eminent American professors showing that America wastes more money with its current 'health care' system than any socialised nation. I have also showed that S.korea and Japan have far better systems and France and Switzerland are pretty damn good also...Unfortunately Cj You sometimes choose not to comment directly on posts that you cant refute...

Woo, just look at that chart..... health care is incorporated into it in a general way. Think about the concept of a 45 year data chart which shows how badly growth slows when you increase the % of PUBLIC spending to the GDP (gross domestic product).
Do you not see the flaw? The most serious flaw? You will also see why the EU is never able to stand on its own two feet. You basically have no growth in your economies.
Now if WE follow the socialist way and the EU LOSES the dynamo which is the USA economy...... what will happen to you? Honestly....think about it. Your leaders sure have. They are very worried about what Obama is doing.....you should be too. You will all suffer if the USA starts to replicate the EU inefficient way of doing business and trade.
There's an old and true economic saying...... If the USA catches a cold, the world catches pneumonia.

Yes, I agree with your post. Like a good doctor, the first rule is...do no harm. Obama has NOT learned this lesson and has ERRONEOUSLY come to the assumption that a 7% win is some sort of mandate to change our society.....it is not. The more he tries, the more he will fail.
One term.... I hope he enjoys all those wednsday night blowout parties he throws at great expense. 9.5% unemployment and weekly parties at the White House...... he is truly a great leader...

Well, we've got one now (media whoring bobble head mouthpiece.).....and as I must maintain my principles even though others have fallen, I could never pull a lever for Obama. Just like in the last election, I went in and voted on everything EXCEPT the presidency, since neither was a good choice. I don't play spoiler with my own principles, since it tends to make those principles evaporate.
