CPH... that shit isn't going to smell good until they have been in jars for at least 10 days.
I can already smell the difference this morning when I burped the jars. It has a very bland aroma, seems to me all the problems she had affected her quite a bit.I can certainly atest to that .... my buds are curing well I think .... I think better than last time ... and the taste potency of this is similar but I think better than my last crop .... the "quality" of the curing really makes a difference.
Smells like a freshly cut lawn right when you put them in the jars, eh?Thanks for the reminder!! I'll remember that eventually.
Kind of, but not really. The ones that are still hanging have that smell but not this one so much. I checked thoroughly mold and didn't find any but it's got a moist smell to it. I also made sure it was completely dry before going into the jars. There was not much difference in the moisture level in the jar this morning. Once they're ready to be shut tight and left alone I'm sure they will get a better taste and flavor.Smells like a freshly cut lawn right when you put them in the jars, eh?

Yeah you did the right thing by totally drying before jarring it up. It will take a good cure and be less mold prone. Then it will get that mellow and smooth character. Ahhhh yes, great job there cph. I can't wait for the PJ.Kind of, but not really. The ones that are still hanging have that smell but not this one so much.
