very nice, happy to see you goin' big as usual. how did you get your large grow legal, using caretakers? sadly the county that i'm in only allows the state base plant allowance, but i am living w/ a fellow card holder.
I agree with you on the beauty of being medical, cops can keep their asses chasing actual criminals rather than my little grow. so cool that you actually could/would notify the police, props for that.

As soon as you sold it you'd no longer be legal though, you'd be right back to becoming another potential victim of the drug war.

FYI we (in oregon) can grow 6 plants per person and grow for up to 4 people total with 1.5 lbs of final product on hand per patient so that's a max of 6lbs of weed legally in a grow for 4 people.

The poundage may seem high to some but if you only grow once a year, like say outdoors where our climate is very limiting that can be just barely enough to pull a person through for the year depending on the person. Try making edibles etc and it's nowhere near enough.

Hey Jberry!! Ummm... they just base your bill on kilowatt hours used, and up here it's pretty low. It really shouldn't end up bein more than a few hundred dollars a month. I'll post it on here roughly how much it's costin so you guys can know.

And yeah, Canna Terra and Roots Organic, in 10 gallon Smart Pots.

15 per person is the "amount " allowed, but you can have more if you can show " medical necessity " whatever the fuck that means.

We've actually got three card holders here, but we're gonna stick with 30 for now.

And that is where the whole " medical necessity " thing comes in. Obviously it's an argument that would first take place with the police, and then possibly the courts. But if I can have more than 15 plants and a pound and a half ( 60 day supply ) due to necessity, and I'm cookin it all down, it would stand to reason that I would probably need more.

But it's not really an argument I want to have right now, so I'll just stick with the numbers.

Lucky lol. Unfortunately we don't have that luck in oregon. Since the law had been amended to allow for more plants and dry material it included that no medicinal user can argue medicinal neccesity if they go over the permitted amount.. :/

I don't feel to comfy with letting the popo in on it though. They just love to cozy up and spill their easy pickins to the feds. I can just imagine Barney Fife puffing up his little weiner and telling the DEA where this big 10,000 watt grow is. Good luck with that.

10kw is not big enough to bring dea no amount of lights is the only thing he needs to do is be legal on plant count and the local popo won't act like fools about it. He's entitled to what he's legally entitled to, and there's nothing any barny fife can do about it. It's not like some states, Barney doesn't even live here he's all over in the conservative states. This is a safe haven as long as you just follow the rules.

you may want to research that, because as far as i know EVERYONE has a baseline (a certain amount of power you are allowed to use at the standard killawatt rate) and i have a similar op and i go over my baseline in like the first week or less... by the last week of the month i have gone over 4 baselines.

my killawatt rate starts at around .11 cents, then when i go over my allowed consumption limit it goes up to like .25 cents, then it goes up again (.36), and by the last part of the month i'm getting charged .48 cents a killawatt = one huge freakin bill!
like several thousand$, not hundred$. :(

i hope for yoursake your are right and i'm wrong, i just wanted to give you a heads up on how things work in my area in case its the same in yours.

also, i would suggest growing those last 15 plants that are available on your three cards... just my opinion tho...

you can usually up the baseline in one flat fee and pay the normal up to whatever you raised it too..... thats what my power company wants me to do...... soon as I get 11,ooo Ima get it all done, :) ........ welders ;)
