When To Tell Girlfriend I Grow??

So I have been dating this girl for like a month and a half. She is super cool, likes to smoke bud, went to the cannabis cup like 2 years ago, wants to move to amsterdam and wants to learn to grow weed.

I know for a fact that she would be cool with me growing weed and whatnot. I told her I used to grow it a few years back before I moved, so she knows that I used to do it. But she doesn't know I still grow.

All the girls I have dated since my last g/f didn't really come over that often and I didn't see it going anywhere but the bedroom so I wasn't worried about it. But this girl is over like 3 or 4 days a week.

With her being here so much it makes it really hard to work on my garden. Right now its not too much of a problem since my plants just went into flower and only need to be watered like once a week. But come the next couple of weeks I will be watering like every 2-3 days. This is going to make it tough to do with her around all the time.

How long do you guys usually wait before you let your g/f know you grow? In another 6 weeks when I have to spend 4 staight days trimming its going to be tough to get it done.

Any advice on this subject would be appreciated.

This is the first time I have had to go through this. I was with my ex for like 3 1/2 years and she found out I was growing like a year into the relationship. I have been growing for like 4 years and I've been single for the past year. This is a shitty situation.

I wasn't planning on telling her anytime too soon. It is just going to suck come harvest time. Trimming 2 lbs is not fun and I could really use an extra set of hands lol. I don't think I would be able to wait until we are married and moved in together to tell her, IF we even make it to that point. She will probably find it pretty odd that I don't want to see her 2-3 times a week and for a week at a time every 2 months. That would just seem weird.

My grow is a medical grow, so it is sort of legal. I say sort of because I am over my limits. But at least its fairly legal. My thinking is that since it is medicinal, if I did tell her, she got mad and told the cops or something, they would have no reason to come search my home because there is no proof of anything illegal going on. I don't sell bud, so they would not be able to pop me for that. I don't know if I am completly wrong here, but that is what I assume.

Any other replies are welcomed and appreciated.

In Montana medically, they just confiscate the excess. No charges or such.

I've seen lots of posts on here re: ladies getting pissed and calling the cops, even wives, so it's up to you, but I'd be sure I was IN LOVE before telling her, if you feel you want to.

No one knows I grow except my mom, so I have kept it pretty quiet for the past 4 years.

What do you guys think about my opinion on the med stuff. If the cops did come with a warrant, they are looking for an illegal grow. The second I show them my card that means that its not illegal and they would have no reason to come in my home right? Plus an annonymous tip is not enough to get a warrant. I learned that on Kop Busters.

have you ever had a past girlfriend get mad at you? maybe say/do something outrageous in the heat of the moment? well if that happens and a girl knows you grow then theres a decent chance you get fucked.

Never. If you need to fake the swine flu and tell her not to come over for a week around harvest time because you highly contagious. Do your trim. Have a little phone relationship for a week. Think of something. Telling her would be the end of your grow sooner or later. You'd give her a huge bargaining piece if something went wrong. Don't tell her. It isn't worth it. Greed consumes people. Especially scorned women..

i am married and my wife still dont know that i grow,
she and the kids are not allowed in my cave (office)
we been together over 10 years, and trust she has no idea, im so extream when it comes to my personal area if someone even comes close to my room i loose my mind, so when we have vistors my wife always calls me on the cell. we have been together for a long time and its not that i dont trust her , (at least not anymore, thats the way it started) i feel that if anything, i'm pertecting her and our kids, the less anyone knows the more i grows, what really help my situation is that she doesnt even smoke or drink, and she knows that i do. and she and i agree that i would only smoke in me office, so my grow room is like my ME Zone, and Oddly she never once wanted to go in there but the kids try all the time(that when i just go insaine and loose my mind ( i never hit them i just act like i would if they try to go in my space) my oldest (5) has allmost givinup on wanting to go in, my middle child (3) makes up a reason to ask me something when ever im in there
i am also the only person who has a key to this room---- inshort i would say this, dont ever tell anyone- its bad enough you share online

What about the fact that I'm a med user? Would the cops still be able to come fuck with it? Like I said I'm over my limit, but I am allowed to grow. I know they always say that ex's are the reason people get busted, I'm just hoping the fact that I'm a med user will mean I don't.

Hopefully I can get a little apt setup for myself that she doesn't even know about.

Don't tell her unless you are getting married. You should never tell her you grow. You cheat or piss her off bad = you go to jail.

then if she happens to find out she cant be mad that you didnt tell her

Well what i have learned, is that if you can't trust her with that kind of information, then why the fuck would you want her in your life in the first place???....you've only known her a month, for all you know, her dad could be head of the FED's!!! In this case, i WOULDN'T give her the benefit of the doubt....but give it some time just like any new girl in your life, and if 6 months or so goes by, and u don't think you could trust her with that info, then kick her ass to the curb my friend!! Just like my man That5hit said, GROWS BEFORE HOES!! haha, i like that:bigjoint::blsmoke:
