I'm a wife who grows and I trust my husband. We both smoke and grow together. Now being a woman I know how emotionally charged things can get especially if your preggers. If you have a volatile relationship to begin with then yeah keep the secret but if you have a good relationship with spouse/ baby's momma no need to keep secrets. Hows she gunna feel if she does find out? She'll feel untrusted and betrayed and the chances of her turning you in are even greater.
Also lets be friendly, "do your unborn child a favor and get an education" Thats a bit harsh. To each his own, thats what makes the world go round.

I agree. I wouldn't keep it from my wife. She lives in the same house as it is happening in. So to keep that from her, she would feel betrayed. Besides who do you think allowed me to spend my money to buy the stuff for growing. LOL. Yes I'm one of those, she controls the money in this house. But she never told me no.

im the same way , but my wife and kids dont know about my grow they arent allowed inmy office (grow room)
me and the wife give each other an allowance so i dont ask her for $ and she dont ask me for $ after bill and savings we have are left over money
its' like 100 for me and 165 for her every 2weeks

jsteezey, thanks for the Marital advice, and you just might be right - after all we've only been married for 31 years/4 kids/ multiple moves/ financial troubles/ life changes etc... (and are still madly in love).

I have been threatened once by my girl to call the cops, it was in the middle of heated argument. She is always tripping about what school to go to to get her degree and why is she here, just for you, kind of shit. She is the most fucking indecisive person in the world and it just pisses me off, in reality she depends on me for everything and her hapiness. But when that threat came up, I just said, "I dont want to discuss it" and that was the end of it. Maybe it goes back to that respect thing, but I think people just like to feel like they have some power or control, but after a straight up statement like that the argument was done and phase two began, the apologies. I know I am a man because I can apologize for shit that I don't feel a bit sorry about, just to keep the peace. Thats what being a man is. Some people would be best to learn that.

Married for almost 14 years and when I was younger I did shit my wife had every right to call the cops on me for...but she never did.

I bet that sounds about right for a lot of guys on here if we were to all be honest about it...especially for me since I never started even smoking pot until my 30's.

To me it is all about the woman you have. If she is all about drama and loves to cause upsets then goodluck the first time you ever fuck up. If she does everything to avoid confrontation and arguments then the chances of her keeping quiet about your growing is good.
