4 weeks in,the leaves are going abit dodgy,an ive thrips,can some1 tell me what the hell is wrong with my leaves????

You'll need to get some pesticides to kill the thrips...never had 'em, but going by what I've read, looks like they can do some serious damage if left alone.

As far as the leaves...it would REALLY help if you listed out your grow stats (watering, soil, temps, humidity, lights, etc.) HOWEVER - if I had to guess by looking at them I would say overwatering and grow room temps too high.
