deficiency? help me out RIU

so i have a little problem that i was hoping you guys could help me out with.

i got 2 feminized Arjan Haze #1 seedlings 9 days ago in solo cups. they were about 3 to 4 nodes tall, a little streched and in need of a transplant and feeding. so the next day i put them in some 3 or 4 gallon pots with a mixture premium Eko Organic Compost and perlite. i top fed them both about a teaspoon of some Fox Farm natural and organic Happy Frog 7-4-5. since then one of the plants responded really well. its now has 10 nodes, dark green leaves, and healthy undergrowth. but the other one, which was healthier to begin with hasnt done so well. its growing at about the same rate but the leaves are a much lighter green and seem to be dying, im not really sure what to do at this point. the soil is still kind of moist so i dont want to over water it, and i just fed it like a week ago so i dont want to overdo it and burn it.

Setup

both plants have about 90 watts of 6500k cfl each. the lights are about 1-3 inches away with no heat issue whatsoever.

so ill give you guys some pics form the first day i had them to now. any help will be greatly appreciated.

somebody has got to know whats goin on here. its probably just a nitrogen deficiency, but i dont get why these two plants of the same strain would react differently to the exact same conditions

looks to me like maybe a PH problem... sory no ones been helping you out, i kno what its like too man.

Hey man, my 1st thought is it looks like u have 2 much bark in your soil. Your plants does have a deficiency, but i can not work out y other than wat looks like Excess nitrogen being stored, and that the temp in your grow room is too hot, and u dont have the right airflow..
These are just suggestions for u to look @, if you fix 1 it may fix the problem, or u may need to fix all 3.
I had this problem with one of the Super Lemon Haze seeds that i grew, i guess it may be something up with the Greenhouse seeds.. I grew it in the same conditions as the others, and no matter wat i did, the leaves have been curled under all its life, and im 7weeks in2 flower now.. Hasnt killed the plant, tho its not yielding as nice as the others..

thanks for the suggestions guys. i checked the soil ph and it was anywhere from 6.8 to 7 so that seems about normal to me. i removed a bunch of bark from the soil and added a good amount of perlite to help with draining. temps arent to hot,my guess would be between 70 and 80 F i dont have a thermometer in there. i have a fan running on high right on the plants from about 3 feet away so the air flow should be good. its in a closet so maybe i should open it up a few more times a day. i usually open it up like two or three times and let it air out. any other suggestions, should i feed her again? this girl has got me stumped

Wat is ur PH going in? Have u given her a good flush?? Just make sure u let it air out afterwards.

i havent flushed because i just transplanted like a week ago and i didnt use much ferts at all. like a pinch or two maybe. not sure of the ph goin in but i kno the ph of the soil when moist is about 6.8 or 6.9. this is bummin me out. the other plant is doin real well though. you think it could just be a weak pheno or something

I do indeed think its a weak pheno, like i said, same thing with one of my Super Lemon Haze from Greenhouse.
Sounds like the soil was too rich for the young plant also, so flushing could be unlocking new fert n increase ur problem. You made a good move with the perlite, so perhaps it is something u just have to ride out - unless someone of more know-how wants to weigh in with an opinion? I dont pretend to know it all, and im pretty much spent for ideas..

yeah. you think its burnt? i really didnt use all that much fertilizer. ill hit it up with a full gallon tomorrow when its a little more dried out

From looking at the pictures, my only explanation if a potassium deficiency. The stunting of the whole plant the marginal browning of leaves and the bronzing of the leaf blades from your pictures with the tip curling downwards are all signs of a potassium deficient plant.

Suggest using Potassium chloride, its the most common potash fertilizer, but evenly spread it over the soil. Too much can burn sensitive crops such as the one you have. So as a rule of thumb use 25g per square meter.

ill have to try that out. she doesnt look too much better this morning from the flush. i was thinking it was nute burn because all the leaf tips are turning brown now, even the newer growth. if you still think i should add some potassium. let me know

ok so i just took some pics to help out with the diagnosis. i feel like it is getting a little worse. the new growth at the top has pink tips on the leaves while the rest of the leaves on the plant are getting brown tips. the leaves seem kind of dry ad brittle. im getting the feeling its a nutrient burn gut im not sure. any thoughts would be awesome.
