i have to say that i just brought this subject up the other day in my journal to a fellow grower whom i happen to know is a female.. i mentioned the mr ganja under her name and asked if it bothered her, but she said no as most of the growers on riu as well as in life are men, but i do hear what you are saying.. i think it is kinda sexist for riu to just assume that a master grower must have a penis and therefore is mr ganja... it kinda rubbed me the wrong way as well.. and i always love the people who come back at women who have an opinion by saying that it must be thier time of the month.. i think it just goes to show how stupid and close minded that a lot of people are..
but with this being said.. if it bothers you to be addressed as a sir or man or bro or whatever in your threads or posts, just take the time to correct people.. i have seen this done before and i now lovingly refer to her as her, madam, miss... she.. whatever.. it only took her telling one person in one post for me to pick up on it and to make sure that i always use the correct terminology for her.. no harm no foul, but i do think that you do have a valid point..
