Im sure you could do it quite easily, i think he said the 125-130w bulbs fit and only need to modify them to fit the 250w cfl lights.
I grabbed one so if you do and need advice on how to modify it let me know, im sure you will be able to get the stuff from bunnings

This is exactly what i was gonna ask but it takes so long to keep up with this bloody thread you beat me to it! Id like even more info though, like do you have a ratio you use and does anyone notice the difference between different strength cigga's? i dont think i know anyone who doesnt spin and we all smoke bongs. i generally go 1 smoke to 1 stick/gram and try to use the weakest smokes i can.

haha thanks jats, i had it checked out and it's ok just a bruise. mind you was getting some juice earlier and hubby dropped a knife and it landed mm next to my sore toe, i think the universe is out to get my toe LOL

so i decided to buy cfl reflectors, place them around the grow and have the MH from above - then keep the cfl's and change to HPS for flower. woo woo, babies should be lovin the light - need to retype this in my journal eh lol

kmoo you shouldve just gone to your hydro store, or better still Hydro Connections on Dorset rd. Danny works on Sundays and is a champ, and they make custom reflectors and Danny never charges full price lol.

Right so I figure you gotthose ebay ones. I was looking at them, but I want 2+ globes per reflector. Nice buy though for $8, it costs around $5 simply to make the plug cord and socket. Let alone the reflector!

Unfortunately my recent beach trip have been restricted to places with boat access.. Mmmmm jetskis

ok so i know im a noob but im feeling a bit unloved! nobody ever wants to talk to me or reply to my posts and it makes me sad! lol oh well ill keep at it its not like i have anything else better to do! (the joys of being out of work)

an update on my grow closet is its not! i have everthing setup and ready to go EXCEPT for my light! im having a hell of a hard time finding a suitable sized car amp thats isnt working to use for my light casing and i really dont want to have to pay for a working one just to rip the guts out of it! if anyone has an old amp or a blown one they no longer need and would like to donate to my cause please let me know and i can arrange shipping etc.

Also for anyone who remembers me posting about it a while ago or anyone who cares i got through the Who wants to be a millionaire auditions!!! i placed 20 out of 210 and went well in the interviews and camera test so now i just have to sit back and wait for a phone call! i wonder what eddie would say if i told him i wanted to spend the money on setting up a better hydro room? lol!

Priceless, also does anybody in OZ know how much electricty you can use before the electricty companies get sus, cause I want to fully deck out 2 rooms, and use lots of power, yeah baby yeah... This is a serious question....

i can't imagine any power company 'dobbing' someone in who is paying them a lot of money. i think the police would have to be suss on you and look into your power usage as opposed to the other way round.

when you say fully deck out i assume you mean a veg and a flower room? you gonna run mainly CFL or MH for veg? and flower? how many lamps you talkin bout

In theory 6 x 600w Hps in 1 room and 4 x 600w MH in the other room. Probably another 1000 watts in fans and pumps, A/C and so on. I can afford the cash to do this, Im just freaked out, scared little skirt, and wouldnt last 2 hours in jail, me in jail = me being raped, Im too good looking for jail....

If you want to fully deck 2 rooms out youre going to have to upgrade the power supply to your house most likely. This is not exceptionally uncommon as anyone with a high level of automation in their house will require the same.
