need a connoisseur strain suggestion

I've experimented with many strains, but ive always worried about yeild as i wanted my grows to be worth my while and i can help out some medical patients in the area...So i never choice my strain by what i wanted, but by waht would get people high as a kite, and have that dank bag appeal, and have high yeilds.

But now im just growing for myself, and need a real good strain that can satisfy me. and i need suggestions, hopefully from people whove tried many, or been to amsterdam, or cali med shops

What im looking for:
-Has to have a good flavor (i study wine so i have an excellent palate)
-Get me high, but not quite a knockout, i wanna wake n bake n blaze it all day, i do have a good tollereance (keep that in mind)
-Dank smell
(my area is VERY limited and choices, and lemon skunk has been the best tasting ive had so far)

Strains im looking at so far:
-NYCD or sour D (so far been told to go with NYCD)
-Super Silver Haze
-Super Lemon Haze
-OG Kush
-Jack Herer
-G13 Haze
-DNA Martain Mean Green
-DNA LA Confidential
-Strawberry Cough (not sure what breeder has best)
-C99
-Soma G13 x NYCD
-Sagarmatha Strawberry couch x NYCD
-DNA Sour Cream

Yes its a good list and im sure i forgot a few...These are ALL ones ive never tried. Im hoping some people will help me narrow the list down to just a few and ill gorw out two and see what i like the best....

I just ordered the Strawberry D-Lite by Sagarmatha which I am very much looking forward to :-)

Maybe you need to consider the high more in picking, its hard to go past the Lemon Haze if you want a real day time up high although it could knock you out :lol:

Jilly Bean would probably be a great daytime smoke without the speedy high of a more Haze strain and suppose to be great flavors, next on my shopping list.

Sour D has an excellent taste and has a crazy good stony high, but NYCD is less stoney and more of a body high.
If I wanted to smoke something all morning, I'd smoke the NYCD..... I miss that stuff, smelt like gasoline to me...

Thanks :)...this is the most help i've had on this forum and its nice to get replies from people who seem to know their stuff. It just sucks that i live were strain varieties are so limited.

As far as flavor i like those flavors that really standout, and stick on your tounge...Thats why i loved the lemon skunk so much...I dont like those piny flavors like ak-47..yes it got me ripped as all hell, but i want to be blazed and satisfied with the taste..I like fruity and citrahal flavors

Jilly bean is one i forgot about, and one that i should have in my list..The strawberry couch x NYCD seems tight as its a mix of two ladies im lookin at..and the lemon have seems like a winner...good lemon skunk flavor with the sexy SSH and flowers faster

jillybean it's suppose to taste like sweet orange, mango, and apple. I also hear some cuts taste like Orange Dreamsicles.

The Sour d was so tasty. Almost like sour patch kids. Its delicious.
It had a pretty intense high. I only have smoked it once though

The NYCD was not to tasty, but it was smooth. It was a very social high and wasn't intense. I was able to get a lot of this dope and smoked it for a while. (grown outdoors)

The sour d was more of a night time, or party smoke, and the NYCD was more of a smoke all day, but kick your ass at night if you keep smoking it.

Sour Cream, sour diesel and g13 haze. Can't wait to tase one of these babies. I also have one super silver haze and ten regular jock horror which is probably along the lines of jack herer??? I have another strain from Afropips called Malawi 99 which is a cross of malawi gold and cinderella 99

My next grow will be two sour cream, one each of jock horror and malawi 99, arjan's haze #1 and arjan's strawberry haze. Beside the super silver haze I also have a Neville's haze and a Hawaiian snow. Waking and baking indica wears me out a couple of hours later, I'm hoping the sativa indica crosses will be more uplifting since they are predominately sativa. The sour cream is seventy percent sativa, thirty indica. Good luck with your choices.

no thanks on the big bud...its low-medium THC. Ment to be a big producer to cross with other strains...im looking towards the top of the list, not to settle for a ford focus

I don't think a lot of these people know what connoisseur means.... But rather what is in magazines and glamourized... Try Delahaze or Shiva Skunk..... Trust, and then when you do, come back and say thanks

Cross is: Haze x {Northern Lights #5 x Shiva Skunk}

I have minimized my list down too:
DNA has original Sour Diesel x G13 Haze
TH Seeds has Sour Diesel x SAGE
TGA has romulan x with the sexy C99 (figured be better than joey weeds c99?)
AND LA Confidential

I do have sensi seeds jack herer on back of my mind too which is Haze x {Northern Lights #5 x Shiva Skunk}...GHS SLH on my mind too as i loved the lemon skunk, but even though i think its awesome bud, i know i can find better, and crossin it with SSH has to be nice. I just hear so much about these Soul D's im curious, but dont want that to cloud my judgement and miss out on somethin else

Like TGA's stuff..the jilly bean, pandoras box, The Flav, and Jack The Ripper

sure you can go with any of the "mainstream" strains you know and others have suggested but if wanna be the true weed dude in yur hood you better get yer hands on some pineapple express via attitude seeds (im only promoting attitude cuz idk any other bank that has that strain). trust me IT SMELLS LIKE GODS VAGINA!!!!

you know i actually just grew some..but im on probation so i cant smoke, but ive been going through some steps towards my med card as i have qualifications for it...SO ince i get my card i have 2-3 people who want to sign me as a caregiver, and then theres myself.

So thats why im looking for that perfect personal strains, for myself, and then ill select some strains and have the patients pick what they want.

The P express was very sticky, smelled great, and wonderful sexy orange hairs, but i didnt get to smoke (the main course). But im sure its great, and im also sure i could get better

The TGA romulan x c99 seems amazing, as does many of their other strains, and its his organic supersoil that im gonna be growing in too

I literally spent weeks looking at seeds before I placed my order. One of the freebies was a lemon skunk which is now in the process of hopefully making me and my partner who is growing it happy. He also has a white widow, a roadrunner which is an autoflower and a power kush going, they were the other free seeds.

I'm heading towards sixty, I wanted to smoke some sativa again before I kick the bucket. The kind of pot I used to smoke growing up. I went with GHS sativa mix. I figured three cup winners, I'm not sure if Arjan's Haze #1 was a winner, I couldn't go wrong. A friend who lives up north once told me juicyfruit was his favorite but he loved the taste of sour diesel, so when I saw the cross of sour d and g13 I couldn't resist. If I like it, I'm gonna' have to try the sour and sage next. I'm gonna cross the jock horror and the malawi 99, they are both regular seeds not feminized. It's gonna' be interesting to see what they produce. I wish you much luck in your choices, they sound good to me.

Have you considered Sogouda it's cheese x blueberry x G13 haze smoked it last year on both my visits to the Dam smashed rite up with a big smile nice limey taste wicked aroma ticked all the boxes for me.
