...and no piss won't keep them away, they can smell a rotting fish a mile away.... They're always hungry for a fish. They will dig your shit up, and wreck havoc on your garden.

And I have a question if it is so damn cold the call it winter, why would you be worrying as to whether or not there are bears.... don;t think your weed should be outside and shouldn;t the bears be hibernating unless say they are polar bears?y
