HI all.
First time Growing and could do with some help from experience Growers
I haven't got that much Money at the moment to do a good Crop like I would like to, so all I have at the moment is 3 Seeds, 100watt bulb, Water, pots and Growing them in a Wardrobe as there is no were else I can.
I have the Seeds Germinating as we speak and then when they have rooted I am going to simply pop them in Pots and hope for the best
I'll be having the Lights on for 12 Hours a Day, and Watering them when the soil is dry.

Is there anything that I have missed?
And yes I know about feeds are better for them and other equipment might be better, but as I said, pretty Nackerd for Money at the moment .

i understand your limitations but you have to be realistic about what you can grow with your set up - probably only a joint or two. if you can scrounge any money you want to buy more lights and some fertilizer.

u need to veg ur plant 24/7 first not 12/12 unless u know the seeds are female already...im using 7 lights 1 flourescent light and 6 cfls...not spent a penny yet and theres 3 females allready...

You need a CFL or florescent bulb or HPS.

get some more energy saving cfl.s and check how many lumens it gives out.look for over 1.500k per light if u can and u.ll be fine with ur grow.im giving my plants around 15,000 lumens maybe more and my 7plants are doing fine.

My friends Grew his two Plants outside with no Lights except Natural Sunlight and Watered it everyday and he had some lovely Smoke of it and not just 1 or 2 Joints.

you should get a 400w or atleast a 250w HPS light. either that or a bunch of CFLs, 23+watt

you cannot compare growing indoors to growing outside. sunlight provides more than the equivalent of 1000 watts of high efficiency lighting, and pot is very sensitive to the amount and type of light you have - 100 watts from a normal bulb is like growing in twilight. the type of light you want to buy is called cfl - they are the curly bulbs you can find at any store - and you'd want 75 ACTUAL (not "effective") watts of light per plant.

similar situation for fertilizer - unless you lucked into some great soil you will need to add something by the end of the first month. look through the do-it-yourself forum and maybe you can find something around the house that will work for you.

if u are using a 100w incandescent light, that will not produce much at all. Literally like a joint. a light bulb in no way even compares to the sun, so dont think u can get anything like what your friend got. if u want some decent smoke, you HAVE to either get more CFLs or get a real grow light, otherwise, you are just wasting your time. Sorry to sound so blunt, but just wait for more replies from experienced growers if u dont believe me. Hope u take the advice. good luck

The Curly Looking Light you said, is that like a U.V bulb that you put in a Lizards Vivarium??
If so then that is not a problem as I keep Reptiles and have a few U.v Strips I should think.

ive seen some pretty impressive results from cfls, but you will need more. if you can scrounge up enough cash for another 4-6 cfls and the appropriate hardware (probably less than $30) you oughta get some nice head stash. and you will need nutes too, but you should be able to find something adequate for less than $10. no matter how you add it up, it will be the cheapest sack you have ever bought.

im not an expert by an means but i feel i've learned enough in my short time here to know 1 bulb and 3 plants isnt going to equal anything positive really.

Dont quote me on this but if my memory serves me right the sun puts out 10,000 lumens per sq ft i believe? something to that effect. a 23 watt CFL puts out 1,600 lumens...

so in other words it would be like growing the plants in the dark.

i could be wrong.

Right this is what I'll be doing now.

Make a wooden Bracket with 3 Sides.
(TOP LEFT AND RIGHT)
On the top I will chain it to the top of the Wardrobe, that way its easier to lift and lower the Lights.
3 Lights on the top and one on each side.

Does that seem better idea?

Also how many times a Week do I have to Water the Plants and also does the water need 2 be left with the Plants or is it just OK straight from the Tap? (not using feed just water that why i asked this question)

Also when my Seeds finish Germinating and I put them in my Pots, how long are the Lights to be on and how low are the Lights to be?

And Fertilizer, someone said that it will be best with it, but what Fertilizer am I to use?

light setup sounds ok ......tap water can be used with a ph of inbetween 6.8 and 7.2 anything stronger or lower than 6.8 will most likely kill ur plants or make them ill....invest in a ph meter to test ur water when watering ur plants and check with ur fingers in the soil about 2 inches down to feel if moist or dry.. if dry then obviously water them ....usually in heat of around 75 farenhiet ud need to water them 2 times a day maybe less than that ...depends on dryness of soil....im using quarter of a cap of liquafeed in a bottle of water i use and doing fine at the moment.....lights need to be around n inch from plants just to make sure they dont burn depends on ur personal growing method.......i only takes tips i dont usually do what others say.....

What Fertilizer can I use that is not Expensive and also how and what do I do with the Fertilizer?
Sounds like a DAFT question I know, but First time grower here

What Feed do I need that I can get in the likes of my local Town Center, how do I mix it as well.

So do I need water in with my Plants?

ok, this is where it gets a little complicated, bear with me.

the plant goes through two phases in its life - vegging and flowering. there are different light cycles and fertilizer needs for each. you veg the plant using 18 hours of light/6 hours of dark to fake summer time. you want a fertilizer with a npk (don't ask) with high "n" - like 5-1-1 or 30-15-15. all that matters is that the first number is higher than the last two. when the plant is bigger, you switch the lights to 12 on/12 off. this simulates fall and forces the plant to start making flowers (the buds you smoke). you want a fertilizer with high "p", like 5-10-5 or similar.

for your budget get the cheapest brands with those kind of values. add the fertilizer to your water at the amount suggested on the fertilizer box.
