Good Ip adress Blocker

Alright so im looking into getting a good ip adress blocker, I know some of you out their have one, any suggestions.

I am willing to pay $$$$ and would prefer to if it means more security.

Yo G i tried them all, they look good, thing that kinda sucks is they are subscriptions and shit, Do you know of any programs that i can spend like 50 bucks and just be good indeffinentally?

...this is how to, and where to go (how I do it)

1) You'll need to go to this site >>> http://www.proxz.com/proxy_list_high_anonymous_0.html
2) Under the, "Proxy IP" column, pick yourself an address you'd like. (example) 96.27.23.100
3) You'll also need the "proxy port" number located just to the right of your proxy address, in the column titled "Proxy port" (example) 8085
4) Record these numbers, or copy and paste into the following
(I'm using window's XP, if your using a different operating system, yours maybe a little different)
5) While you have window explorer open, click "Tools", "Internet options", "Connections", "LAN settings", then check the "use proxy server for your lan" box
6) type in your NEW proxy ip address and port #'s

....this is free, a little slow...but, if anyone is check'n on me right now, they'll see me as being in China! GOOD LUCK.
