Blueberry AK-47 Stealth Cabinet 161 Watt CFL Grow

So here's a big question. I bought these as clones from another medical patient, the only information I can find on Blueberry x AK47 is on auto-flowering varieties, is that what I have? Anyone know of Blueberry x AK47 that isn't autoflowering, sh#t. Gotta figure this out to determine if I can move light schedule to 18-6 or if I have to keep it at 12-12.

Good grow you got going here. I'm going to be starting my first grow soon as well. Personally, I'm not going with one larger cfl. I'm going to keep it at 6 23watt 2700k's on a power strip, and then add another strip for 3 more 2700k's and 3 6500k's for some mixed spectrum. Plus the 6500k's should help out a little bit in the vegging stage. Isn't going to cost more then $30 for this setup and it would probably better then one $70 250watter because of the mixed spectrum, and different placements.. etc..

Sorry for the mumbling.. Good luck with your grow!
I'll stay tuned.

Well gee that sure makes sense, camera is charging, I'll have a bunch of new pictures up soon.

Here's the promised pictures. First pic is off old ghetto piece by piece construction (sh^t this doesn't work, well, what about this? Nope, what about this? So on, so forth) and then the new pretty svelte (in my opinion) light hood thing I've constructed. What the hell is this stuff(strain)? The pots I received the clones in say BB x AK-47.on them.

Plants and such. Who has info about light transmission through different mediums. I don't want some bullsh(t between my lights and my plants, but damn look how close I can get them and how low the temps are with the enclosed lighting dealie.

Oh yeah, the three little guys are some rad strain I picked up in Washington, I'll post it once I can contact the individual I received them from.

like the set-up man i am setting up the exact same 3 chest drawer i got from wally world! and i like the light traps, i have built the same exact ones they work great.

p.s. TO FIND OUT HOW TO BUILD THE LIGHT TRAPS JUST GO TO YOUTUBE AND SEARH "BUYAGROWBOX.COM" AND HE WILL HAVE A 24 PART VIDEO SERIES SHOWING YOU HOW TO BUILD ONE AND I BELIEVE VIDEO 7 OR 8 SHOWS HOW TO BUILD THE LIGHT TRAPS.
Just wanted to let you know that there were a few differences between the YouTube video's chest and the one you are planning on/I'm already using. Had to cut one side panel down low to provide something to put a pin in for the bottom part of the hinge, I can put some detailed pictures up if you wish. Also, the back panel is super janky, but it works, just foil tape the hell out of it.

+reps on great grow box design. just read through your journal and you've got me interested. your girls look great can't wait to see them grow. i see no one answered on you autoflower question so...it doesn't matter with them cuz autoflowering is instilled in its genetics, those i know who've grown them mostly go 18/6. i'll be following your grow, i've smoked both kinds you're growing and personally love blueberry

Looks great man, I used the "stock" cardboard for the rear and it worked out, put the front on first instead of the back, not like it matters, it's cool to see how you went about it. Obviously your rear panel is way more permanent than mine and adds to the structural rigidity of the setup. I'll have to add that in later. Also, were you using gorilla tape or something to seal the basic structure from light leaks?
Super cool to see someone setting up the same basic components. Did you end up with 3 light fixtures? Or 6? What temp is your box running at now? How many fan's did you end up using, great to use the fan guards, I've already replaced one fan and had to use a band-aid when I got lazy. I'm posting a few new pictures in the next post.

Hmmm, so the other day I noticed a few smaller fan leaves down low with what is most definitely the powder mildew. Now, I didn't really think this would be an issue in Colorado, but then again I've never grown in a 3 drawer dresser before... Obviously it was getting way to humid in there with the lights and fans off, so now I have half the fans running at night, temp went down to 64 degrees last night which should be just fine, and no new signs of the bastard mildew.

QUESTION: Despite the apparent absence of the mildew, I'm not foolish enough to believe that the problem is totally gone, should I still go grab some organic remedy from my local shop? Any recommended products? I used something when I used to live on the California coast, white hairspray looking bottle, organic, I think it was garlic based or something. Can't remember the name...

Can't seem to find my camera charger right now. The pots they are in are 2 gallon (Fox Farm Organic Soil) and are 8" in height. The plants take up another 5-7" each after I LST'ed the shit out of them. 131-15" total, plenty of room for them to flower to full potential, probably started them too early, but it's more time that's the issue. This is just for some quality smoke.
