Leaves drying out from middle?

I have 5, almost 4 week old Bubblicious plants. Last night one of them took a nosedive, its had dry spots and the other leaves were dried out. It basically wilted down, I gave it water, trimmed the leaves and today its doing fine. Now 2 other plants are doing the same thing, the leaves are starting to dry out from the center. I looked up nutrient burn, heat problems, and anything that could be whats happening and found that nothing looks like this. Any ideas? (Sorry for no pics)

if it perked up after watering u may need 2 water the others . dont go overboard tho and start overwatering
