holy crap, never thought i'd play a battlefield game with a really enjoyable and good single player. i need a new graphics card for sure running at 1920x1200 but it's funnnn

Man I love this game, I am addicted to BF2 for PC,
but Bad Company 2 is just sick,
graphics, sound, gameplay all better then MW2

i must adit playing through that asian island level, with the unlimited barrel grenades was fun, but is it me or was their weapon taken straight out of lost, the sound etc

i loved 1942, although online play was a bit iffy for me in those days, vietnamm could have been so much more, bf2 was great fun but buggy and the weapon sounds, recoils, flashes etc SUCKED, and i thought that 2142 was a joke of a game, but that is just my opinion, so i've been waiting for them to release a good one for a while now

I have it but haven't installed it on my new comp, bf2 is ridiculous,
bfbc2 single player is said to be alot better then mw2,
I've only played the first mission were ur back in WWII in the boats trynna get thAt scientist... Pretty sweet so far

what graphics cards y'all running? i'm using a trustyish 4850 helped along by a 3.6ghz old Q6600, and at max resolution and even medium general settings it's very very tricky to be anything but a retard in a manic firefight :\ i've been wanting to buy myself a new card for a long long time, maybe at last i have a justification alsmo means i get a 4850 in my htpc for some smokey lan fun

its mainly my music production computer but it has the abiltiy to run most games pretty nicely,
i got a 26 inch LG LCD HDTV hooked up to it

pish console games are for having communal fun. if people want to get all skill intense and serious on their own on a shooting game then get a pc so you're taken seriously. (not you, the royal you )
i love them both, but i'm not a fanboy enough to be able to say that PC's are hands down unarguably the only real way to play competitive first person shooters, but that there is no point trying to play a sport/racing/platform game without a controller. it's swings and roundabouts and all too often it's little kiddies who suddenly get "well fuck ur pc i got ps3 mate" and can't really apreciate that there are two sides to the whole thing, hence the reason we've got both in the flat.

Just bought it yesterday for the 360. Not bad, but the graphics look dated. Paper mache looking palm trees, but super detailed faces? Of course that could just be the 360. I saw the same thing with Prototype. All in all, an OK game. Much better looking on the PC with a good card.
