Sounds like a plan riddle. I'll probably end up producing at least a bit more then my sister and I can use (she and I are both licensed so we have plant count for each of us), and I'd be happy to do some trading with other folks if what I end up producing is even close to dispensary quality. Im using good clones from high quality strains (opium and dj shorts blueberry), but I'm not going to try and guess how well I did as a grower until I've got a harvest in and taste the results myself.

As I said in the very first post I talk with several growers everyday, helping them get thier grow on. I am looking forward to the Aspen Crown as I thought it might be an opportuniuty to meet some of you
I am also concerned that the Aspen Crown is an advertised opportunity for the DEA to crash the party???
and WTF is up with people, nothing but bad parenting in the news this morning, who are these people that keep feeding negative stupidity for the anti-MJ folks to use against us???

I like where your going with this riddle...I too can't wait for the aspen crown although im not sure why its in aspen a more fitting place probably would have been Breckenridge but i can understand they don't want that town trampled by the thousands....I can't wait for it anyways i've been wanting to meet local growers like all of you and talk converse discuss what i love more than anythings and that's growing. I get the chance every once in a while but lets just say they people i'm talking to are just not the caliber that i'm looking for, you know the type that never has grown and is still baffled by the indica,sativa difference. I just start to get talking but my significant other and within seconds i can tell she doesn't care...I just don't get a lot of chance to share with people my passion and love enough, let alone the opinions of others that have the same passion. I'll have my full line of headband ready by then along with the SOUR D (which by the way i wished i could make into a mother now knowing what kind of traits she possesses I would call her LEMON HEAD not at all a hint of diesel but just the sweetest candy flavor lemon weed i've ever smelled more lemon than the lemon skunk did(which will be ready by then as well)

Glad to find some Colorado growers. I'm legal...Lupus is my problem. Right now I would really appreciate if someone could set me straight on when to put my plant into flowering mode. Am I correct in understanding that I waite until the plant leaves become less and less choppy? or like, 4 months for a NorthernLite/Skunk?

Hold on a second there debbie....how much space do you have to work with first of all...second do you want to take some clones or is this a one shot kind of a deal...what type of light are you using some can penetrate better than others so if you dont want to be chopping off a whole bunch of bottom branches its better to try and flower early...how much are you trying to get out of this are you keeping it perpetual...theres a lot of questions that need to be answered to get what your really looking for.
but i guess the real answer is you can flower as early as you can tell sex through preflowers(if done from a seed) if its a clone you can pretty much flower from the start but most people i know veg for atleast two or three weeks so as to get a heavier yeild....It's all in the amount of space you have and the type of lights your going to use

You can put a plant in flower anytime you want it is all about how big you want it to be, because it will double (or triple) in size once you flip it to flower

I have a 4'x 2' closet - with a 250 MH I started this NorthernLite/Skunk Female from seed under florescents for 1 month. It's been under the 250MH for 1 month 18 hr on/6 hr off) and it's about 2 1/2 feet tall. I broke the top off by accident, did the cloning technique I read about, and it now lives under the florescents. I have a 600hps light that I've not used yet. The NorthrnLite/Skunk description says it flowers 55 days.........here is were I'm confused.......I put it under the 600hps in 55 days or does it take 55 days to completely go through the flowering stage? Sorry, I'm a newbie

you can't ever really rely on the exact day different plants mature at different rates depending on if you have any problems...but around that time should be go two and a half feet you might want to flower now but thats just me

The times they are a changin' in Colorado. 
It looks like we will need to organize to get those 75,000 signatures so we can VOTE to make our OWN choices instead of the ass-ramming that the politicians and 'law' enforcement people are doing to us. The vultures are circling overhead already, not a good sign.
REMEMBER THAT WE NEED 75,000 SIGNATURES BY JULY!!!! That's roughly ONLY 4 months away!

Hello growers of Colorado!! just wanted to introduce my self here on the forum to talk to others and interested on growing!! i'm a 30yo who reside here in southeastern colorado all my life and been looking to get a license to grow, but it seems like its a long shot to grow at all due to goverment bull crap going on!! Also seen people needing signatures and wanted to know where i can sign to help out the growers here in Colorado. Thanks SV

Hey everyone just wondering if anyone knows of a GI Doc that approves of MM. My current doctor says he thinks that it can do some good for people but he wont sign it. So I would like to see a doctor that is more receptive to my needs. Let me know if you guys have one.
