THE DOC HAS TRUE S I CLONES FROM ELITE DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THOSE COST.they go fom 10 to 40 thousand each.SO TRY HIS STUFF IT IS FOR REAL AND GREAT OUTSIDE.

i even just recieved on monday some test beans that the dr had put up and offer on here for.. he was looking for some test growers for his new strain called dope.. its a x with his chumaluma x endless sky, and he said its been 8 years in the making.. they aren't up for sale on the site as of yet, but i have a journal started on them and i know pipe dream is also starting a journal on them as well as another member on here..
the good dr has some really nice strains for sale on his site that you can't get anywhere else in seed form yet, and he even has a few of the elite strains on sale right now.. check em out when you get a chance..

lol thats hillarious.
I have my doubts about it. I haven't seen any complete log with any of his strains while I can't name any decent breeder I haven't seen any log with his strains.
A lot of people claim its legit and that its worth the money but I haven't seen anything that convinced me yet.
I've ordered TGA's Jilly Bean a few days ago for example, and I had a lot of info and pictures out there to help me chose it. Like a lot of other strains I grew.
I haven't seen any proper (let say proper = weekly updated) grow journal on ANY of his beans and he's ain't new to the scene.
A lot of people claim its legit and that its worth the money but I haven't seen anything that convinced me yet.

stay tuned ... im doing a full grow journal on his strain now... and i would love to know how many other breeders have ever offered free beans on this site for test grows? that alone speaks volumes about dr greenthumb to me..
there are a ton of breeders that i have never seen a grow journal on here from, does that make them not legit? hells to the no.. it just means that most people here about a couple of strains and don't stray far from those popular strains at the time. how many grows from flying dutchmen or kiwi seeds have you ever seen on here? not many is my guess, but these breeders, along with dr greenthumb have been in the game way too long not to be legit.. and although i've never seen a grow journal on any of the dr's strains, i have surely seen some amazing pix of finished plants on this site.. and he even has a readers supplied pix section on his site that also has a ton of pix supplied by other people orher than himself..
im glad you don't trust the dr,, leaves more for me... you can stick with green house seeds or whoever it is that you like..

oh yeah, i also forget to mention that lil mention in hightimes for the 10 best strains of 09 for the drs strains, and another mention in this months hightimes for the best canadian strains ever with his chemo.. but i guess that doesn't count for much either..
I am not looking for free stuff. I have no problem BUYING my seeds.

hey to each their own.. and my thing about free beans to me just meant that the dude must really believe in his strains if he willingly gives them away for free so long as your willing to do a test grow and keep a journal for all to see.. and my point about flying dutchman and kiwi were that there are many many breeders out there who just don't seem to be as popular as some others and you just don't hear all that much about in the means of a grow journal, and yet, i have no doubt that they are indeed legit breeders..

i just believe that a lot of people read about some strains that are popular and thats are you read about.. and there are plenty of breeders and strains that aren't as popular, and are still just as good or sometimes even better than the ones that are more popular..
i don't have all the answers, thats for sure.. but like i said.. i have a journal going now on drs new strain called dope.. i just got the beans in the mail on monday, but feel free to follow along and see what comes about.. and if it turns out to be bunk, i will surely be the first to say so..

Yea I just got my test seeds from the Dr today. Will be doing a no BS journal and review for them. Haven't tried any of his stuff out before but have heard only good things.

Let me just say I have no doubt about him or ever did for that matter, his beans were just a little out of my budget and I wanted a wide variety. The docs strains are all over the big book of buds, high times gives him high honors and people I have seen that rated him speak highly of him. He's supposed to have the best C99 and look at all the elites he's got that are all 50$ off right now I might add. That's a good ass deal but most people are like me they want the best price and you don't wanna lose 200$ on a single order so you buy some cheap strains from somewhere else. That's why there aren't more journals on his stuff I bet. You will see some journals from us in the next few weeks so come check em out I will also be growing some TGA and federation seeds along with my DNA clone and i know racer has got some sannies seeds going too, so you will be able to see what his gear is like fairly. I'm not gonna hype something i know absolutely about I can only tell you that so far I recieved my package in less than a week the seeds are all mature and look good.

i'll be doing a journal of his new 747 strain, but not at this forum. i've grown out his niagra, grenadine (that is no longer available), endless sky, bubba kush, and it seems there was something else. he's been around for a long time. it doesn't matter how good your gens are, there will always be some folks that will be haters for whatever the reason.

I also find it funny that a pack of seeds costs that much.
Sounds logical to me that if such seeds actually deliver the goods they claim thoes strains would be pretty famous in nurseries as clones. (And then people will blog about them)
BCBuds have some impressive strains as well, and from what I've seen they are far from legit.
I'm not saying for a second DRGT doesn't have some ultra-high-end genetics, I'm somewhat skeptic about it being delivered.
And sending freebies only makes sense if he wants to get advertised as legit.
also, no seedbank carries it.
I bought seeds from less known breeders (like Ice kush by Advanced Seeds that i got a few hours ago) but all thoes things together with the very high pricing made me buy other's breeders beans.
I'm not feeling like giving my details, spending lots of cash and getting strains I can't find any info about.

i think there are a couple different categories of growers, or should i say seed buyers. some go with the latest/greatest seed stock. others go with the cheapest, and some stick to femmed beans. some folks will get good cross material, and breed their own stuff. some people, who don't step foot into forums, trade with each other. a lot of your "well known" breeders are well known because they buy ad space at places like high times, etc. a lot of the big name growers spend a lot of money to got to the cannabis cup, which i think is a joke! those things are for sale to the highest spender. i stumbled onto dr. greenthumbs site a long time ago. most of his stuff is bred by him. i don't believe he runs around trying to push his stuff to the mega bean sale sites. that doesn't mean it isn't quality stuff. you don't hear a lot about it because he prob. just doesn't care to be one of those mccdonald type breeders. it really doesn't matter. if you don't want to pay the price, or take a risk, you'll never know what he has. anyway, i'm high and forget what i was trying to say, lol. i like a lot of his stuff. i don't need some elite strain to get me blasted. a hundred bucks for some good seeds is no problem for me. every once in a while i'll even splurge for something like serious seeds bubble gum. can't wait to try those!!!!
