CFL Represent! For anyone who doubts CFL's!

This is my second grow, my first was a success and I used CFL's the whole time. This is for anyone who thinks CFL's are shit... 8 Day Difference. Not bragging just pullin for anyone who believes in CFL's (about 400w worth)

I dont think so.. But then again never used anything other than CFL's so I couldnt personally compare. But my first grow seemed to be just fine as far as the buds go.

I used to get offended when people said that CFL's weren't good. I do disagree, but I also agree. I used to grow with an MH for veg and HPS for flower, and you do see a great difference but they CFL's work just as well.
OH, and btw CFL=Chronic For Life.

They work fine, however if you want bigger yields you need bigger lights. The density of the buds is better as is the lower bud sites because the receive more penetrating light.

I have used 300+ watts of CFL's and 250 hps. The 250 pretty much won hands down in flower.

nice grow, cfls are cool, grew for over 2 years using them and had great results, now got a 400 hps and 250 hps, would i swap back, no way

Your never going to convince anyone who grows with mh/hps or even t5's that cfl's are better for growing, they will work and get the job done, but not nearly as good as hid lighting. I use 2 125w cfl's for my seedlings and clones before they are vegged under a couple mh, but for those who cant afford better lights or power or heat issues cause problems by all means do your thing however you have to...peace

CFL are awesome! we all know that if we use them we wont get as much yeild but its cheaper and easier somtimes
