OKAY! So I read the first post then skipped the next 16 pages so I can tell you what the real world is like, Ill do my best not to tear you a new one.
Ill start on a positive note. Yes, the sun does give you vitamins (such as vitamin D) and the light from the sun will release endorphins in your brain, telling you its time to wake up and giving you energy. Thats why if you turn on a bunch of lights in the morning when you wake up, your brain goes into wake up mode and will make you mentally alert a lot faster than laying in the dark trying to wake up. Simple biology/chemistry. Maybe suncharged water will provide some vitamins from the sun & energize you. I wont argue this, because I dont know much about it, maybe it will maybe it wont, but I can almost guarantee its all mental. And no where near to the extent of more energy than an energy drink. Hands down, guaranteed. You might think you feel a difference because you really want to, but in reality its not because of the type water you're drinking (even though water will help provide some energy because it enables bodily functions), the lucky bracelet you're wearing, the but the fact your telling yourself subconsciously that you're doing something to produce more energy, so you do.
Anyway, I dont give a shit what kind of water that indian who hasnt been eating since 2000 and only drinks a glass a water a week hes lying or you're lying. You CANNOT live without hydrating your body, providing fuel by eating. That statement was so fucking unbelievably ridiculous that it forced me to type this reply. Heres a chart to read while I finishing typing up the rest of my argument.
Max Daily Temperature No Water (how long you can live for sitting in shade, mostly sleeping, losing your bodily functions)
Death in: Drinking 1 quart/litre a day, death in:
120F 2 days 2 days
110 3 2
100 5 5.5
90 7 8
80 9 10
70 10 11
60 10 11
50 10 11
"Advanced sungazers don't need food and drink like a glass of water a week believe it or not ,the guy i've met was an indian engineer just a regular guy,he hasnt eaten since year 2000"
So, one glass of water on average is 350 ML, rougly 1/3 of a litre. Dont care how often he sungazed, if he hasnt eaten since 2000 and drinks one glass of water a week, then he died in 2000.
Ive taken biology classes, chemistry classes, first aid and personal training classes. You NEED carbohydrates, healthy fats, proteins, amino acids, h2o. You BURN calories to walk, breathe, sleep, keep your heart pumping, think, etc. Know how many calories water provides? 0. You can live between 3-25 days without water, depending upon the climate, temperature, and conditions. You can live without food for 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on the same factors + how fat you are, how much energy you are expending, etc etc. What happens when your body runs out of food? It eats itself to death. You body will eat its own muscle when the fat is gone, organs will fail, your brain shuts down, you die. Its like saying I want to drive my car without putting gas in it. I know its not 100% accurate because the car is not a biomechanical machine like we are, but you get the point.
Another chart!
Medical Doctors Commonly cite 4 to 6 weeks without food
10 Political Prisoners in Ireland Lived 46 to 73 days before succumbing to lack of food
12 individual starvation protestors Two lost tongues, 1 lost feet, 7 on kidney dialysis
Many war prisoners Lived 28 to 40 days with no food
World War II concentration camps With only 300 to 600 calories per day, many thousands did not have enough food to survive more than a few months at best.
Terminally Ill patients Live 10-days to 3-weeks without food depending upon initial heath
Obese Can live from 3-weeks up to 25-weeks and more without food depending upon initial health and amount of fat
Sungazing is no substitute to the fuel your body needs to function and operate. I typed this quickly, if I made any mistakes ill correct them later; argue any of my points if you like.
