Whats up this is my CFL grow. I have one 42watt 2700k bulb along with one 23watt 5000k bulb. I have both spectrums so my plant has whatever it wants. Ill update soon....
IMG_0622.jpgIMG_0623.jpgIMG_0618a.jpg.......I give it sun when I can but its only 2-3 hours at most. I have trimmed this plant three times just for fun. Im trying to make it fill its box . Thisis my first grow so im learning as I go. What do you think?

Dump the 5000k for 3 x 25 or 26 watt 6500 k bulbs. When it gets a lil bigger & bushier drop the 6500k's & get a couple more 42 watt 2700k & you'll be all set.

Well the seed came from some OG kush. This plant was born July 12. Its on 18/6 lighting along with homemade teas. I was feeding it 20-10-20 veg nutrients but I stopped. Its in a mix of M-G organic choice, dirt from the woods, dry bananas, egg shells. perlite, sea bird guano and ash. I water with teas every two to three days, this thing would have been way bush'er but I have been trimming. I topped the plant and I want the juice going to the top. This grow will stay CFL, but im going to buy a 400watt HID soon.......26watt 6500k bulbs? at what chainstore would I find them?

Ohh nice ok she's gonna give you rock hard nugs then. Lowe's, HD, Wal-shart, target... $6-$9 for a 3 pack... She's pretty small for all that time invested dude. Plant looks healthy though. I think you should just put a few more cfl's on it for 2 more weeks & flower it. Quit torturing her, she wants to bud for you.

Haha ya I have been playing with her. I'm just testing theroys and watering cycles nutrient mixs so it has been shocked a few times that might be y it's still rather small. I'm going to get her two 105watt 6500k And two 2700k CFL's soon so I can have a full CFL grow.

You'll be pleased with the extra wattage. Where are you getting the 105 watters? You may need adapters for those...

08/12 UPDATE: Changed up the lighting three 23watt 5000k....I looked for the 6500k but only could find them online. The plan is to put her on 12/12 in about a week at that time im buying two 105watt 2700k bulbs and two 42watt 2700k bulbs....your thoughts?

Thanks I want to start her on 12/12 when she get to ten inches. I have a question....what N-P-K should I be shooting for during flowering??

during flowering you want to stop all nitrogen applications. use something that has p-k. I use advanced nutrients GROW for vegging and BLOOM for flowering. there are many many different fertilizers out there. i've just always like advanced nutrients and their pretty inexpensive.

That's not true, the plant needs N through the whole grow. If you don't have it in flowering as well you will yellow & drop fan leaves like crazy.
