are they gonna get too tall when I bud them?

I have 2 plants of hawaiian snow.
They are about 3 feet tall and I havent started budding them yet.
How much taller will they get during budding? I didn't really think this through and I really want the top cola! They don't have a lot of room to grow upwards... 2 feet at the most. And how long before I can harvest? I'm going on a 3 week vacation to brazil at the end of November...shit.

Ur fucked! my Northern lights doubled in size already and they are only 17 days into flowering. They went from 16 to a little over 36 right now.

time to supercrop. bend over the main cola(s) don't break. veg for 4 or 5 more days then flower and all the branches will be colasdays after

or could you not top all the main branches to lop however many inches off you need to? one of the more experienced members on here would be able to give you better advice on this, but as far as i understand it providing u top every branch on the plant above a node then you could lower the height to whatever you want, would give you a few more weeks grace and loads more bud sites
