im currently running 112 wats (4x15watts, 2x13watts, 1x26watts)... i plan on replacing anything below 26 watts with more 26 watters whichwill put me at 182 watts...

i have a arjan kush female... its tiny... i have had it on 12/12 from seed till sexxed, now reverting back to veg to let this lil mofo get a lil bushy before actually full out flowering.. i just wanted to make sure i had a bitch first before i took the time to veg it out... i will prollyalso take a clone right before 12/12 goes into effect....

i have spent a total of 13 bucks so far on this box... a freind of mine gave me the pc... which had all the fans in it to begin with... next was just a matter of getting something reflective.. i had the light sockets, power strips, and power chords lying around the house... i wanna say it took me about 13 hours total to build it... divided into 3 nights of work...

my two fans on the right are intake, and the top two on the left is exhaust... the one right below the exhaust is a single intake to sorta move the air around a lil more...

the box is staying at about 75ish inside... i dont have a thermometer strip yet, so the tempature is not fact, just assumption...

i plan on vegging till i get a full even canopy... im shooting for 2 oz(aiming for the stars), but will be happy with an oz...

if ya have any questions, feel free to ask, i will be on when i can to update this grow and answer questions occasionally...

so with nothing else to say, i present you finefolks with the piks of the goods...

I am getting more and more interested in one of these PC grows. I have a couple extra cases laying around and plenty of fans. Are you just wiring your fans to an AC adapter? How many fans per adapter? Looks good man keep it up, I'll be checking in.

hitman, yeah.. just wiring fans to dc adapters... i will run two fans per outlet... as cheap as they are (or as easy to find lying around), it just doesnt make sense to run more than two per outlet... with both pc cases i have built, i have also gotten all fans used out of them and outta the power supply and motherboard and what not... the hardest part about building is "seeing" your layout before building... figuring out where what is gonna go is def the hardest part... building it is more aggravating and tedious than anything else... firstbox, i used foil tape... while it did the job, it was a pain in the ass to work with... im going with the new chrome duct tape to see how it works... so far so good... it doesnt hold heat, and it doesnt "wrinkle" like foil tape did... im sending some rep your way for looking and asking...thanks man...

also man, if your not growing for yeild, and sorta just growing to grow, then the pc is def your best bet... however, do not plan on getting rich outta one of these... maybe with like 15 or 20 of them... but not offa just one... its a fun hobby... thats why i do it... oh yeah and the fact that if ihad no bud while i was in iraq, i wouldve never made it through that war... i owe my life to thc... and i say that in the "highest" regards to bud...

First of all thanks for your service! +rep Yeah man definitely not trying to make any cash. I'm more interested in having a bit of smoke and learning something new.

np man, i was 18 when i got over there... as far as u growing, def go the pc, and or micro route... you can learn everything you need to know about growing trees... it takes skill to grow a tree, but knowledge to grow outta a box thats small... its basically a way to learn how to control your plant and not let your plant control you... alot of people think it is as easy as putting a seed in a cup or pot and thats it... its not... if you decide to go for a micro grow, it will teach you that... my thing is trying to figure outthe least amount of money put into something to get a nice reward off of... if i get an eighth outta this, it will have payed for itself.. however,i plan on getting way morethan an eighth... thats what i got from my last grow... it was def rewarding to smoke my own home grown for thefirst time in my life, but i want the rewards to last a lil longer this time around... that one blunt just didnt seem to be enough for the work (not money) i put into it... but the knowledge i gained from that first one def made it worth while.. without that, i wouldnt be able to do this... hopefully my knowledge will shine on this one... hoping so at least... lol... good growing man to you and anyone who reads this...

Hey OP! Nice set up. How did you set up your CFLs? It looks like you have them plugged into an power adapter but with a bulb adapter. Where do I buy this? Thanks

well from the looks of it he has the adapters you canget from lowes they plug into a scoket they r cheap 98 cents and you can get some y splitters also im not sure if micro is doing it that way i think. fam i keep forgetin to save tha digits man and i gotta erase almost every day hit me up and im savin as soon as i get it

alrighty pit.. and yeah... 2xpower strips... 7 bulb adapters... i actually upgraded two of my 13's to 2x26watts... im really just waiting to see how long it is gonna take it to get back into veg mode... i picked up some schultz 10-15-9 nutes.. it says it can be used in hydroponics as well... so pit, i might end up trying to build me a micro dwc for next grow... anyways.. i.ll be back on tomorrow fam and followers with a couple pik updats from last night and tonight... also some piks of what ive been smokin on.. sweet tart, colorado purp, and some supa silva haze...

Right now i'm in the process of building my own grow box

I was planning on using cfl's as lighting but when I got to lowes I found a 120w grow spot light bulb and figured i'd give it a try.
I have coco fiber mixed with perlite and also a potting soil made for blooming and flowering plants and i'm not exactly sure what I'm gonna end up doing.
I (like your last thread) am limited on space, so I plan on using lst and a shorter veg period to help me out.
I really like your posts man i've been reading up on everything for quite a while and i dig you shiz dog

Nice setup. I used an older version of your case. Now i upgraded to a bigger box, but when i used the antec i never thought about putting the lights like that. I heard to much chatter about how having the lights like that is bad. I bet if you got that pan, your baby would get more light. Good luck with the lights like that. SUBBED

i dont know if id go with that bulb ill check it out tomorrow at lowes and get back
