I went to a casino when I had just turned 21. They didn't believe my ID was real so they asked for another form of ID. I gave them my motorcycle license then the guy is like, you know it's illegal in the state of Iowa to have two licenses? I was like, well good thing I'm from North Carolina now isn't it!. Anywho the idiot at the door let me in. Good luck, I look pretty young, I can pass for 18 and I'm 24. If I were you, I wouldn't risk it and I'd wait until 21. Casinos are super strict.

oo..i just remembered..when i was under 21, i used to go to 18+ casinos a lot. they're not bad, some of them. idk if there are any near you but you should def check em out

Ok man first of all before you call me an uninformed donk I've read harrington on hold'em vol. 1-3, sit'n go strategy and super system(twice)

As for a scenarios this one happen to me the other day I'm holding AQ suited im on the cut off other player in is UTG+2 he raises to 90 (blinds are 15/30) i repop to 200 he moves all in I call
He's holding 4,8 off he flops a gut shot straight flush draw and he runner runners me.

I know about bad beats but many variations of this scenario have happened to me

No matter how good you think you are, it isn't worth going to jail trying to fraud a casino by pretending to be 21+. Have fun getting ass raped in prison.

sounds like you know how to play online. two years will go by very fast. why dont you just practice and build your bankroll for now. the chances of you getting caught in vegas are pretty good.

Wowsers you come across as clueless..........ironically enough on another site I was talking about the ill heater I was on this past week...........go to post #250 of the link below - a horrendous way (and hand) to lose, but I accept it because I understand probabilities and the variance of poker.............losing to a 1-2 dog in a $5 SnG doesn't really qualify as "earth-shattering" in my book...........

Sure do. Get older. There ya go. If your so good then waiting 2 years to take down Vegas shouldn't be a problem. Take down your town first in the mean time if your bored.

and what were they doing at 18 you say? playing online? you mean neither of them tried to defraud a vegas casino with a fake id?

He's actually incorrect about that - like me, Phil Ivey used to sneak into AC casinos before he was 21 and play.

Join some local poker leagues to practice your live game before you decide to drop some serious cash in vegas and out smart the system. You need to practice how to disguise your tells and pick up on others. I despise FT and yes, it is rigged to an extent. Anyone with a brain that plays there long enough will pick up on the consistent miracle river flushes. How about the sit and go's when it gets down to about 4 players and you are ss with AA and the bs calls your all in pre flop with K2 and nails 3 of a kind. Do a google search for full tilt poker rigged and you will see some people breaking down the mathematical anomalies of FT.

i know how you feel though...personaly, i FUCKING LOVE casinos. i love everything about them. when i walk into a casino i get a fucking raging hardon. all my worries are gone (until i lose some doe lol)...just start puffin l's, drinking, gambling, hookers..stress free baby.

if you're really gonna go through with it, i still say fuck around in the mornings but idk about the poker. i dont play poker anymore...grow a beard or moustache, dress semi-formal isntead of like a college kid...but i still advise against it. i went to ac when i was under 21 a few times, but i preferred going to 18+ casinos when i was under 21 since you dont hhave to worry about gettin kicked out and losing your money.

if you're only going for poker and not for the environment and whatnot, go to your local games. it's vegas, i bet theres a shitload of underground poker rooms.
