wen flushing it only takes about 30mins to 1hour for the water to reach the top of the plant id just give ita reallll nice flush wait a few hours and then harvest her

Hey Rastadred, thanks for the info because I'm not sure how to go about starting the harvest process. Do I hang the whole plant (roots and all) upside down 1st or do I cut the branches and trim the leaves, then hang the buds by the stems for 5 days? I read the thread about harvesting but was still a little unsure.

i used to hang roots and all but thats [retty messy...o just cut it from the lowest part of the stem and hang it until dry...i do trimming wen its dry...5days would be the least ammount of drying time aim for longer...without risking mold so make sure there is slight air movement as well

idk y ppl like to trim wet...as wen u leave the leaves on the nitrate gets sucked from the elaves into the buds and helps in the fementation process...ie. curing...also the leaves curl downwards and somewhat 'protect' the buds during this dry/fermentation process...pluss the buds are alot easier to handle wen they are dry...wen wet and handled to much they get that 'finger fucked' looked...and the trichs come off and stick to ur hands...idk its really just preference but try it out...ive always used to hang the whole tree but i tried hanging individual branches my last harvest and theres really no difference just all preference related

It's update time and I wanted to let everybody know that Sassy is getting prepared for harvest. It's time because she has some buds that are trying to dry out at the bottom and I don't want to wait. Today I fed her some Sugar Daddy and MagiCal. I will do this for 3 days to enhance the favor and smell. Then I will flush for 5 days and chop her next Sunday branch by branch. I will hang her to dry for 7-14 days. I will use the paper bag method afterward for 1 week then cure Sassy in glass Ball's seal for freshness jars. This will be the last update of Sassy until I weight her after chopping her. Sassy and I have been together since May and I'm feeling a little blue but I can wait to try her out. I figure 2nd or 3rd week in January will be enough time curing for a sample. I will be looking to harvest the Blue Mystics to smoke on while Sassy continue to cure. By the way, could anyone tell me how much longer does the BMs have before they are done (they have been flowering for 77 days)? I plan to harvest Kim (Sassy's clone) on the 23rd of December (I'm going for 124 days flowering on all of Sassy's decedents.). Sade will follow in January around the 23rd and Wendy around February.
