Share the worst injury you've ever exprienced!

I was just curious about what the worst injury you've ever experienced was.

What made it so bad? The tremendous amount of pain you experienced? The duration of time you were off your feet? The never getting quite back to "normal"? The no playing with the kids? What?

I've never broken any bones, so most of my injuries are pretty mild..

The one that always sticks out in my mind the most for some reason is this day I tried a little too hard to get into a piece of hard candy... I think I was around 14 and it broke open my tooth! I didn't know that at the time... then a few days later I was eating a Chalupa from Taco Bell and some of it entered that recently broken tooth and !!!!! Yep, worst pain I've probably ever experienced right there! Went to the dentist, received a root canal, then about 4 or 5 years later I had to come back and get that tooth pulled (also another pretty painful experience, not the actual pulling of the tooth, the infection that came before)..

So yeah, what's your story?

Playin backyard baseball with my sisters, she hit a line drive right to the fellas....other than that, probably having my appendix removed, which must have been a little worse than most, because l spent a little over a week in in the hospital for it

Broke all the bones in my hand. My knuckles were flipped and rested in side of my palm. I went 5 days without going to a doctor thinking it was a sprang hand...guess what hands don't get sprang. When I did see a doctor I went to a hospital for food poisoning. They thought I went there for my hand. I was basically oblivious to the fact I broke my hand. The doctors were shocked since breaking the bones in your hand is the most painful bones to break (there are a lot of nerves in the hand). She said it should have hurt worse than breaking a hip or thigh bone. After that I learned I have a very poor sense of pain.

I also found out that day that I had broken that very same hand 5-6 other times in my life without any knowledge of the fact. The nurses and doctors thought I was some kind of compulsive lier when I told them I had never broken a bone in that hand.

I kicked someone, who then fell down with his knee between my toes, tearing my big toe off, I was about 9. The toe was stitched back on

I got in a huge fight in high school and got my jaw broken, that was the worst injury I ever suffered.

I crushed my middle finger a few months ago and had some pics already uploaded on here, so I thought I would repost them. The finger hurt, but the broke jaw was way worse.

The worst is probablly all my concussions I had when I was in highschool, I ended up having to quit wrestling which was my favorite thing to do. I still get migraines too from the 6 bad concussions I have had, but now I have something that makes those headaches just dissappear.

My worst;

My Vasectomy was screwed up and the doctor cut a blood vessel instead of the vasa deferentia tube.
My balls swelled up to the size of a grape fruit and I couldn't move for 2 weeks after.
Couldn't run for 6 months.

Most memorable;

Motorcycle accident, T-boned a school bus then was ran over by the rear tires.

3 days after i got married i wrecked my bike. 2 broke legs in multiple places coming over the handle bars, both hands and plenty of fingers, a couple of ribs, a few hundred stiches in the top of my head, and the topping was compressed vertebraes. damn near a year of shitting in a pan and my beautiful wife wiping my ass. thank goodness that was 25 years ago and i really can't remember the pain and i made a complete recovery. my buds rebuilt the bike while i was laid up in the hospital and i still ride it today.

a friend of mine was bitten by a brown recluse and he didn't go see the doc for a few days. he can fit a golf ball in the scarhole it left on top of his thigh.

I got stabbed when I was 13.That shit hurt so bad and I never went to the hospital and it ended up getting infected.It took like 6 months to heal.
I got jumped a couple months ago and my face got broke lol.I got 2 of the people back already,theres still 2 more I haven't seen since.That was pretty bad to.It hurt when I ate and I couldn't sleep on that side of my face.I went to the hospital for that and got some percs though lol.Believe it or not it only hurt for like 2 weeks.My mouth still feels fucked up though,I was supposed to get surgery but didn't.They were trying to tell me my shit would be disformed but it looked normal in less then a month.

I still want to find the bitch that stabbed me.
