alright fellas i decided to start a fresh journal seeing as both of my beans are ready to pop soil.. I am growing out 2 plants in a 2ft wide by 3ft high cabinet..

strains-- Nirvana Blackberry & Bubba Kush (both feminized)

soil -- fox farm ocean forest

lighting -- currently got the two seedlings under two 26 watt CFL's 6500k
---light cycle is 18/6

seeds were planted on January 23rd**

Now that I got that over with...lol...Looking good son! Can't wait to see things to come!! I just started a couple seeds last night, one popped already and I'm gonna put it in rockwool and try out my new hydro setup...maybe...Still conflicted, we'll see how loud it is when all the airstones are running

I just started a couple seeds last night, one popped already and I'm gonna put it in rockwool and try out my new hydro setup...maybe...Still conflicted, we'll see how loud it is when all the airstones are running

nicee bro i wouldnt mind a little hydro setup.. i have a hydroponic shop a few towns over so idk why im slacking..have you ever done DWC before?

Naw, this is gonna be my first crack at it. Before these CFL's, i've only grown outdoors, something I'm itching to get back to in spring...But I figured this should keep me busy. It was really easy to set up, and I just picked up the last couple pieces today. Now all I need is some good hydro nutes...Nothing organic, because thats what my outdoor grows are usually for, but whatever is easy and as idiot-proof as possible. Also I still need the $130 PH and PPM meter, but i'm not so sure thats gonna happen...lol...might be the paper test strips for a while.

sick dude good luck with your first shot.,im sure you'll do just fine... and believe me i feel you on paying that much for a PH meter....i still need to grab one myself lol

check out the plug in for the fans..i just grabbed a random ass plug when i was making the box..after it was all done i noticed i could switch the voltage up or down... SO SICK!!

You taking bids on that power adapter?? LOL...Where did you get that thing? Good Score! I got beans in rockwool, and seeing as this is my first time putting seeds in rockwool, i hope they take root! Though I'm about to score a bunch more bagseeds this week, like 20+, so not the end of the world if I fuck this shit up...lol Loving the setup, dawg, lets use the combined power of our minds to make those seeds break soil/rockwool faster!

Thanks bro..hell yeah I hope all goes well with your seedlings..I put some plastic baggies poked with holes around the top of the cups to keep moisture in...and hell yeah meta you can post up pics of your progress up here if you want.. One hand washes the other my man!!

Okay okay, you twisted my arm, here's the CloneDome...lol...Someone had a birthday and all I wanted was the container the cake came in...lol...Hope these seeds pop, if not, more on the way. Didn't really PH my rockwool...oops...lol

thanks for stoppin in bro.. i am going to be using CFL's trroughout the whole grow.. i definetely plan on topping and maybe a little bit of lst but my cab has some vertical space that i really would like to take advantage of
