Yes, it is the same spot. The only reason I was there last year was because we arrived rather early and got that nice spot sitting right up by the statue. Then someone in a cardboard box and a video camera smoked us a joint.

Well I was planning to go to Rochester's march but apparently the Rochester Cannabis Coalition is on hiatus and may not even play host to the march this year. Looks like I'm headed a little further north to meet up with fellow RIU'ers this year.
