Plus rep to china, theirs so many people and we produce so much trash. if we can get the people to eat our recycled plastic trash it will be great, that's what they did with our fluoride they put it in our water now china puts their fluoride in our water and we pay them for it. the rice isn't as bad as it sounds it's potatoes with a plastic to hold the potato together. its like a mc'd's chicken nugget they put a plastic that is in silly putty in the nugget.

the labor is free in china but the rice they have is worth more as an export. they have the good rice most of the rice now is GMO and many countries will not import it, China has natural Rice. I'm guessing the plastic their making the rice with is a byproduct or waste product from another industry, their using it as a binding agent with potato flour
