Sunblock spf 40 and no Higher can work but only in Veg. a good mix ratio with water 1:20 . *I have never tried this. please Google Before Attempting

Yea I have 3 of thoes in my studio in a triangle.. i normally put around 3 plants but dont want it too crowded. Normally veg them longer, nothing like a 60,000w light.
