Pre-flower????

When I put my 1 foot widows into 12/12 they had no pre flowers. my question is when do I start counting weeks of flowering? When I start 12/12 or when I see flowering?

But shes not ready right? Been in 12/12 since Dec. 23rd.

No, nowhere near ready yet. The pistils are still all white, and the bud is still relatively thin. That thing looks like it's going to fatten up very nicely for you though. Patience is key, you've got another solid three to four weeks on that IMO, but looks very nice.
