Had two friends in the industry. Start off getting in contact with an adult talent agent (Lisa Ann the film star has her own agency for amateurs). You'll get random shitty photoshoots for websites and the such until you get noticed and picked up by better producers. Judging on your looks and how short your "doesn't do" list is.
To be honest you can even find some stuff on Craigslist under Gigs, auditions and such
