3rd Cfl Grow, 155 True watts, 1st Rubbermaid Grow

ok guys, just like the title says this is my 3rd grow. Im using a 30 gallon rubbermaid on its side with some emergency blanket wrapped around with a 120cfm pc fan on a 12v adapter for exhaust and a 45cfm pc fan running on a 6v dc adapter for intake.

for lights im using 5 23W 2700k bulbs, and 1 40w 2700kcfl. next week im going to switch out 2 of the 23w for some 6500k's.

Theres 3 1gallon containers and 1 1/2gallon container (going to be switched out for a 1 gallon next week)

I was doing 12/12 from seed and im going to continue to do that aside from every now and then i will put one in there thats been vegging for a few weeks. I have another closet for my vegetables that i start inside for a few weeks before they go out in my garden and i usually keep 1 or 2 girls in cups in there. I top them every chance i get to keep them small and bushy.
So next week when i switch the containers to all 1 gallon im going to switch out 1 of the ladies in my tote and let it veg for a bit because its not doing to well lol....

The medium is Mg organic and nutes are MG for veg and the flower line up from Canna. And these pics are about a week old i guess, i will update them over the weekend. Thanks guys

They all got some nutes last night...the 2 in the front got some veg, and the ladies in the back got a half dose of flower nutes. They responded really well and theres pistils all over the bigger one. The small one in the brown jug is coming out and getting replaced with one ive had vegging for a little bit. I think ive topped it 3 times now, and it will be getting put into a matching size container tommorrow. I will post pics after im done. there has been some descent growth....edit: i did lower the lights on the sides down about 3-4 inches....i knew that the closer the better, but to be honest i really didnt care lol. i almost want a little stretch so i have room to work with when i tie them down

pics taken this morning....got everything set up the best it can get i guess. the biggest girl is getting full dose flower nutes now and the rest are still getting veg. ive seen pistils on 3/4 so far so im getting excited. im put some 6500k cfl's after i took the pics when the lights went out.

ok last night i noticed some nuts on the smallest one so i ripped him out and put a lavender kush seed in its spot, so now i have 2 confirmed girls and one im not so sure about yet...im a little upset about that one being a male because it was topped 4 times, the growth wasnt outrageously fast like some males...idk by the way it was growing i thought it was going to be my biggest yielder, fuck it cant win em all especially when its bagseed haha...and wheres all the love at on here people lmao :hump:

Hey bro- just some thoughts. Firstly 12/12 from seed may seem the fastest to get bud, but it just isnt worth it. If you had vegged out your plants for even 2-4 weeks first they would be 5-15 times bigger. Nextly I would advise you to stop using nutes until they are more mature, especially with MG soil. Those tiny plants will get burned and die in the near future if youre gonna be feeding them full nutes in addition to the extremely high levels of unfriendly cannabis nutes in MG.

thanks for stopping by man...i had 2 tents before this. one for veg and one for flower...im doing the 12/12 from seed becaue i have no where to put tents back up at the moment, my inlaws are moving in with me in the loft above my shed and untill the get settled in my tents are down and the tote is all i have to work with. so no room to veg.... i love mg, everyone hates on it but theres been many tests on here with mg and ff products...my last grow i had one in ffof and one in mg organic. and im sticking with the mg soil...this is my first 12/12 from seed so i took so i knew i was going to have some problems, the yellowing is from a N def. and it happend literally over night. next morning they got some veg nutes and have been growing great and dark green ever since. The biggest one is doing fine with its first full dose of flower nutes. the person that got me into 12/12 from seed does nutes from the very first watering and has fucking killer results. just takes a while to get dialed in ya know...plus you have to remember that in flower the plants consisntantly need more nutes then a vegging plant, hence the overnight yellowing...ill get it man, just takes practice....but i do appreciate your concern bro...keep it frosty

Nice ... I'm subd ! Dont worry about the mg soil ... If you see nute burn starting just give em a good flushing . I've been using the mg potting mix for all my totes and its worked great for me . I even use the mg nutes .. just not as strong as the directions state . I love the set up .

Thanks jeff, i use mg all purpose plant food when i veg and on my first grow i used mg bloom booster (the pink box) through flower at full dose+ like 4 weeks into flower and she took to it great....mg dose work and personally i wont use a diffrent soil then mg organic. I just flushed her alot to make sure it was good. Now i use the 2 part flower nutes from canna with there booster that you only use for a week

i had two herms the other day they where small plants so did not hurt my feelings to bad. I am like u hate to see all that hard work just ripped out .hey if it gets to bad just hala i will have mine done in 4 weeks 2 day 4 hours and 23 min lol peace:weed:

im seriously lmao dude :clap: counting down the days huh? haha its tough man especially with your first grow. wait till the hairs start changing and you think its getting closer to being done :shock: then you get fucking blasted with all new white hairs on it :-? not a bad thing once you get over it haha, just more for you when you chopper!

ok when i lived in town made a latace box and it hides your plant when 12/12 came just done sea of green with the latace work real good!!!!!!!

thats not a bad idea man, i have some lattice to. my neighbors are snow birds and getting ready to leave...so maybe i will rig something up

Looks good. I would agree with fish in you might want to move them closer to the lights. With cfls it is key to keep them as close as possible without burning them.
