Hey V, how long did your Blue Mystic go? How tall was she? Not sure if you can see in my pic but some leaves touched the led and were bleached. She'll be aight though! Just wondering how yours went? Thanks!

Nitrogen in flower generates chlorophyll, which is bad to build-up at this point. You might be using a light enough dose that you won't have problems, but N this late can really affect the flavor and ensure the need for mega-flushing...which can ultimately bite you with bud mold.
That's my theory, I'll look for the reference that speaks to this. It might be the grow tips at Mandala Seeds.
Also, your 'deficiency' might actually be a slightly high ph locking out iron.

Yeah, when you waited so long to top yours, I knew it was going to get a bit rangy, but, it's all good. Your grows are spectacular with that light of yours. Remember, I've only got 30w of light, so my buds aren't s filled-out as yours. I had to spend some time in the hospital, recently and suddenly, so I took some tops early, which was a mistake. The remaing tops are swollen little pineapples, nice but not the sort of yield you expect.

I just didn't want to go too long, but I think it's just now time to chop.
I read something about revegging that has me thinking I'll try it. I didn't realize revegged plants could be so spectacular. I also read about cloning while flowering.

Hey V thanks! Sorry to hear you were in the hospital! Hope everything is fine now! Yeah next time I won't wait as long to top. So do you think a topped blue mystic in the earlier stages would be a shorter plant? I would love to grow one again but too dam tall for my cabinet! Wonder how much longer she may go than my LSD? Today is day 40 of flower for both. I'm thinking 60-70 for the LSD. Not sure on the blue mystic as she is just starting to form the nice nuggs. Was showing her to my bro last night. She's easily over 5' tall if her tops weren't tied down! A couple have at least a foot tied down and around. Lol.

Like I said I could be totally off on using N now. I figured I needed a cal mag supplement. Thought that a npk of 2-0-0 wasn't bad. It also has iron in it which I was glad to see. When I say earlier that using this calmax restored the green down below, I didn't mean all of the yellow to green. But you can tell in areas that it has come back to what appears to me to be the normal color. I mean I had whole branches that turned yellow, leaves flower stem everything. To me that doesn't seem right. I totally understand about losing the color in the leaves during flowering. But doesn't that start with a big fan leaf here and there? Not whole branches from the main stem out. Just didn't seem normal to me the way it looked. Now on some of those lower branches some color has returned. I could swear I read somewhere that some N during flower is ok. Is an npk of 2-0-0 in my calmax supplement to high at this stage? Seems aight to me but like the thread title indicates "ROOKIE" lol. I appreciate Anyones input! Thanks V for the kind word about my grow and light! Seems the light is a keeper! Lol

Good scrogger, I reckon. Why don't you give a scrog a whirl? I'd love to see that, and you'd get ridiculous yield with your settup.

Hey what up DAT! Seems like forever since I've been able to come on here! I promise to come by and see your girls soon! I appreciate you stopping by and for the kind words! Thank You! I'm at work right now chillin, listening to my main man "The King of All Media" Howard Stern, and doing a lil lurking! Anyone like Howard? I love Howard! Helps make the work day zoom by! Anyway doc your too kind with the words! Although I do strive to be a master grower I got a long way to go. Right now the only master I am is my K9's. Lol weak joke I know. As for the Bloombastic, it seems to be as advertised. I'm loving it! I started out with 2ml per 8L. After a week went to 4 ml per 8 L. I went up to 7ml per 8L. I think that was to high as pointed out to me also. I fed last night and I used 5ml per 8L. Hope that helps ya out some doc! I'll be stopping by soon! Although I did do some lurking and seen some new pics of your canopy. Looking good girl!

You know scrog really interests me! I may have to try Las's moveable scrog like my girl Dr. Amber Trichome is! She seems to be liking it. Las even sent her a scrog from England. That's cool! As for revegging I've only read a lil bit on it. Never seen one that was revegged. Hmm.

Scrogging is really cool, you should give it a try. I was really really lucky that Fingerez sent me the elite scrog mesh from the UK. I have searched near and far to find that exact replica around our parts.. no luck at all. But if you check out Don GIn Tons journal, he has a really amazing scrog going down on a Dog plant. More like a fuckin Tree .. That girl is totally bitchin. YOu should really check out his journal. He is using a kinda of chicken wire.. and it should be interesting to see how his plant handles that.
Give me the picture of the leaf grabbing your skin and I will think about the TCH molecule as well.. lmao.. thats funny!

Thought maybe the bloombastic was enough. Not sure though! Anything in mind? I'm open for suggestions! Yeah I'm loving my LSD. She has turned out like I had hoped! Very cool looking strain. Those pistils are killa looking. The two towers have formed into solid colas each. Need them to fatten up now. Wonder if there is anything else I should be doing. Gotta be careful not too overthink it. Lol.

No problem bro! Always enjoy your updates. Just read up on bloombastic a bit, sounds like you would be fine with just that since they say it increases density too. I did see someone using cannaboost and bloombastic he said it cuts down the flowering time some but I dunno? Anyway, keep it up, doing great!
