Just finished a consultation with my accountant and asked him about this. He couldn't find a copy of the text, but discussed the implications of this on my business. I've learned that if they don't pass this thing by December, the IRS is going to ass rape me with a chainsaw.
ow.......:o

This is actually encouraging. Any crack in the Fed's legal stance on pot will make it easier to continue. Any precidence set in this area will be a key to unlocking SCOTUS issues. Recall that the Feds are putting pressure on state lawmakers as I type this, to refuse to act on behalf of the patient under possible federal prosecution. These laws would take some of that pressure off of local law makers who are trying to do the right thing but are being threatened.
Yeah the government turns local politicians and law enforcement officers into criminals by forcing them or encouraging them to break the local laws and rights of the people. The police should be protecting dispensary owners from people with guns infringing upon the rights granted to them. they are sworn to uphold the law, It shouldn't matter if it is a cop or another law enforcment agency breaking the law the police in your town should be obligated to protect you and your business..

Look people discussing the state of the peace negations between Palestine and Israel is stuff of a different conversation.

I am more interested in these bills than entertaining with the state of those negations.
If you guys are following the recent developments and wish to discuss I may be inclined to contribute. In a different thread that is.

Lets see A sentence's structure is key to it's meaning.
Noun, Verb .. Let see what we have..

In a congress where a foreign White Guy gets more standing ovations than our President, we can only hope to hope.
I'd say the subject of that sentence is Congress.

I gather from that sentence that the writer is suggesting bias on the part of Congress. That the Bias will also be a danger in passing those "Bills" which is the subject of the thread.

What do you see?

Does anyone feel the police that are paid with our taxes should be protecting us from people violating the laws and our rights?

It's up to us to stand against the Government. The police need to enforce the law in the way we approve of.

That's my opinion.

Yeah. I guess the "rules" this year are that you have to pay taxes on all money coming into the corporation, no deductions, no exceptions. So if you buy a pound for $3000 and sell it for $6000, you pay taxes as if you just made $6k profit. If you want to pay yourself any salary, that money is double taxed. Once when you take in the money, again when you pay it out. It's pretty f-ked up.

It's like the IRS is trying to get people to cheat on their taxes so they can bust people. There is no way any collective can stay financially viable playing it strait under these rules.

This is clearly just a backdoor way to fuck with medical cannabis.

Then what the fuck did you bring the subject up for? What the hell is wrong with you?

If you want to talk to someone you can use private messaging. If you reply in a thread in a public forum it's open to anyone. You don't get to decide who gets to respond to posts.
Look, Take a break and let this go. It's only making you look stupid.

No deductions, WTF?! How the fuck are you supposed to make money if you can't write shit off? Is this just mmj businesses or all businesses? I don't like being audited.

I guess you're supposed to cheat on your taxes. That's the only way. Take in cash under the table, buy stuff under the table, pay people under the table, etc.

It's a game. They are making it impossible for people to play by the rules so they can go in and bust people for breaking the rules.

Is this just mmj businesses or all businesses? I don't like being audited.
Only on transactions involving cannabis. But that goes as far as payroll since you're paying people to work with cannabis, rent since you're renting a building to cultivate or distribute cannabis, obviously sales transactions, and anything they can tie to being involved in the sale of cannabis.
