To everyone who says males are good for nothing... that is so wrong! I got so high last night off of some male leaves that i saved from a few males that i chopped just to see if it would do anything. Needless to say, in a nice bong to clean the smoke it definitely does the trick. :clap: I picked and fast dried the newest growth and got very high from it. So in the future if youre out of smoke or something like i was....Why not! its free!

whatever works for you buddy cheers...if i hadnt chopped my male up i would test your theory just for testings sake but...im really glad you got high when you were in need.

I was getting high off mine in my last two grows "1st grow 5 males out of 6 plants" needless to say it didn't hold me over until next grow. They work rather well even if they taste like crap, a bong helps greatly with the high and taste. I never got blazed, but it was a good buzz similar to drinking a couple beers "leaf" vs getting drunk "bud".

Who are you associating with that's telling you males are "good for nothing"? I think what's said is that, outside of breeding, males are inferior to females considering the goal of most gardeners. When space and resources are limited, and your goal is to produce bud, females are the prudent choice.

I usually separate a sample or two from each male and do a test smoke with friends....then using the pollen from the "best of the litter" for the ladies of my choosing!

A few males held me until harvest one time. Previous comments are correct in my experience as well, in a bong you get enough of a head change to make it worth smoking if you have nothing else and the taste gets quite pleasant after awhile I found.

the nutes in the plants probably got you high lol....no males do produce 1 to 3 % weed as females are usually 6 to 28 % or somethin like that. some guy got busted in england with like 33 % or something like that and that batch was officially the most potent smoke

Back in the day (WAY back!) we'd grow with halides in a portion of a garage, and didn't know how to tell sex until they had balls or pussys. We'd take out the males immediately, and keep a pair in a plastic bag elsewhere so we could "paint" a little pollen on the bud of certain strains. Cross bred some Thai and Maui Wowie that kicked ass.

We dried and bagged the upper leaves of the males. Smoking a joint would give us a nice, pleasant buzz. Certainly not ass kicking like good female bud. But it was like the difference between drinking a beer or having a few shots. These days with good quality/quantity of buds and better growing techniques, I wouldn't bother

maybe you should try drying the male flower pettles and rolling them into a joint along with the pollen and see what that does hehehehahahaha lol

Female plants can have as much as 20% THC content on the flowers, while Male may only grow as much as 3% THC content on the flowers. So congrats on being a light weight. But for us every day tokers of the Kind, males are for breeding only.
